While the place is a bit run down for its age, which leaves the visual condition of the restaurant with a bit to be desired, that was the best burger I’ve had in a while. I got a #2 no tomatoes or mustard and it was a rare case where the burger retained its juice completely and didn’t leave the bun soggy at all. The fries were also quite salty, but due to the size of them it balanced out well. They also had some blue bell ice cream for shakes and cones, but it’s blue bell and that’s self explanatory. All in all, the meal more than made up for the ambiance. I’m coming again 100%.
My husband and I stopped by here on our way home from the laundromat. We love Burger Box but this was not our best experience. The wait was fairly long even though there was only one car in front of us. But that didn't really bother me because our food came out hot and fresh. The only real problem I had was that the food had absolutely no seasoning. Not even salt. I had never had this problem from them before so I just wrote it off as a bad day. I will give them another try and hopefully I can give them the five stars they deserve.
I would give 5 stars, but I repeated order 3x's & each burger was completely wrong?. I didn't have the time to wait to get it all corrected, but, I went back a week later, put in order, repeated order & young lady repeated it back, can you believe the order was WRONG, I finger, maybe it's a language barrier, but order was repeated, I just gave up, t g e food was good anyways.Hopefully, my next visit, things will be better?
Amazing food and even more delicious desserts. They have a large selection so it is a great place to choose if the family can't agree on the same thing. I got the texas bacon cheeseburger meal w fries and a chocolate malt. It was AMAZING. 10 OUT OF 10 WILL RECOMMEND.
This place is pretty awesome! Food is great! Yhe have amazing chocolate malt shakes! It's clean and quick service. All staff is super nice and helpful!!
The food is fantastic and reasonably priced. The customer service is good and the milkshakes are amazing ??My husband and I enjoy coming here.
Sooooo good. Great tasting fast food! Fries were crispy and hot. And the burger bun was toasted and fluffy. Haven't been here in a while since we moved to other part of town forgot how good it is! We'll have to start making the trip!
I love this burger box! My husband and come all the way from Cedar hill just to eat here. The employee's here are so kind and sweet! Makes you feel welcome everytime! Good job ladies!
