We had a great time. Food was delish, service was great, atmosphere was chill... we enjoyed ourselves and will def be back!!Update: something I forgot about last time until I saw again today is the bathrooms...so I changed to 4 stars. The food is still delish and the service is great!!The bathrooms are consistently disgusting. The smell is funky, the toilets don't flush right and there's usually trash on the floor. It's just a mess. The rest is great. Please fix this???
I order ahead online at 430pm arrived for curbside pick at 450pm. I called the number for curbside and was placed on hold. I decided to go in to pick up for so that I could check my order. I was told my order wasn't ready and it would be a few minutes. Deja the girl who was answering the curbside and working take out starts assisting other customers. The cook came out set a bag on the order cart and left. Deja continues to take orders by phone assist customers/ looking at her personal cell and chatting with co workers....after 20 minutes I ask how much longer? She looks at the rack where the cook set the food over 20 minutes ago and says here it is! Are you serious??????? I am not taking that food that has been sitting there for over 25 minutes! She states my manager didn't tell me the food was up there, she always does that! YOU SHOULD HAVE LOOKED WHEN SHE SET IT UP THERE! INSTEAD OF BEING ON YOUR PHONE AND STATING OUT LOUD I DONT WANT TO BE HERE. I am now sitting here waiting another 25 to 30 minutes for my order! Unbelievable!!!!!!! P.s Ms. Deja just got off work and left without a mention of my food!! Wowwwwwww!

Really bad customer service they mean and they take 30 minutes yes for 6 winds I order and also they were dry no flavor it all (lemon peppered)Never going back to this location
The food took a while though it was good. Service was honest, I was informed the time was longer due to a different wing product arriving frozen increasing cooking time. Cheese curds were good, They didn't bring silverware for the Buffalo chicken Mac n cheese. This is bar restaurant food, good and like most obviously under staffed and strongly struggling with product. Try it you make the call. Server was attentive and helpful as she could be considering it looked like she was the only 1.
Y’all need to seriously pay more attention to your orders. Tonight they forgot my carrot & celery sticks, and once again ignored my request to NOT have cheese in my food. Good thing I’m not deathly allergic since they can’t seem to respect or pay attention to anything!!
Lemon pepper sauced boneless wings were inedible. They were EXTREMELY salty , no lemon pepper taste all because all I could taste was the salt . Literally tastes like the box of salt was dropped while open on them . Disappointing
Huge disappointment. My pregnant wife sent me out to pick up Buffalo Wild Wings, since she had been craving it. It was our first time trying this location. Absolutely terrible. The service wasn’t friendly, even though I tipped on takeout. The food was cold, dry and nearly inedible. Not one of us finished our food. I can’t imagine how the food could’ve been worse. Even the carrots and celery were clearly old. Terrible experience. Don’t waste your money, go to one of the local wing spots. The kind of place that actually cares about their customers. ETA: They contacted me to offer me 1750 reward points, which is enough for an avocado burger. So they think the right thing to do, when they give a customer three inedible meals, is to offer them a free burger. Patron a local wing place. This place is terrible.
I received my order and it was very cold. Now mind you, I don’t live far from the restaurant. Brandon the manager had the audacity to get upset with me Bc I was yelling. It’s 10:30pm and it’s late! I never cursed him or called him any names. I had every right to be upset. Not to mention, they let me order cake but told me when I called, they were out of cake. He then told me to take it up with door dash.
