Wow I asked for bag of burgers deluxe 4 with cheese and 1 without can’t get that right.Also I ASKED FOR DELUXE!I GOT NO LETTUCE TOMATO OR ONIONS completely unacceptable.2 burgers were burnt on the edges crunchy.I will not be back y’all can’t get it right even when it’s a new customer excellent way to present what every fast food place provides poor service.Not worth the MONEY or GAS people!FIRST BUT LAST TIME AND GOOD RIDDANCE .
We arrived at the drive through around 10:35pm and were waiting in line for 25 mins. Another car drove up to the window to ask what the hold up was and was told they were closed and they close at 10:45pm. It is not our fault that they took a while. We were in line before 10:45pm. I’m pretty sure they have to serve any customer that was waiting in line before closing. Just a bunch of lazy workers wanting to leave right at 10:45pm and not even informing the person in the drive through in front of us that they were closed and couldn’t serve them. Just had them waiting. If you want to waste your time, come here.
Took my son for our date night. His sundae was ginormous. Very polite staff.
This location has gone down so bad! The Customer service is horrible. We went to get ice cream and they tried handing us melted ice cream. When we refused and asked for new ones all we received was attitude, eye rolling and then aggressively getting handed the item we paid for. So disrespectful, not the first incident either. I think we are going to find another Braums. Definitely lost a customer tonight.
The cashier in the market was extremely friendly. I'm always impressed with Braum's customer service. The produce tends to need help, but it's my definite go to for quick grocery trips.
I have found the new flavor banana split when I tried this beautiful delicious flavored banana split special thanks to the manager Amanda for making my edible piece of art come alive. It is priceless.
Food was good but I was over charged. Told them I wanted a Jr cone, one 1/4 lb combo, and another one just the sandwich. The girl rung me up for 2 combos and just took the fries and drink off of one of them. So essentially I got charged 7.49 FOR JUST A SANDWICH. I proceeded to politely ask the lady who handed me my food if she could fix it cause i got charged for a combo and just a sandwich was 4.29. She told me that I "should have told her what I wanted". I did tell her that I want only the sandwich for the second person. They then told me that it's already rung through and they can't change anything. So I asked them to at least give me fries if they weren't gonna change it and the lady said "you shouldve told her you want a combo if you wanted a combo". No. I wanted fries if they weren't going to fix the charge. Why am I going to pay 7.49 FOR JUST THE SANDWICH? So I told her "its fine. This is too much work" and started to leave, but she ran back and gave me fries real quick. The two ladies were nice but they just didn't understand I was over charged and the girl who rung me up had made a mistake. I was only asking for the fries because they wouldn't fix the overcharge. The bottom of the receipt says they will refund money if you are not satisfied but they clearly don't. It was a waste of my money and time to go to this location.
Double dip ice cream cone was good & very reasonably priced. Need more info about milkshakes on the board. Doesn't say how many ounces each size is. Also doesn't list price for large. I wouldn't have ordered a large if either were listed. It was way too big & at $5.49 more than I intended to pay.
Amanda and crew at the 5300 Matlock store in Arlington are always friendly with fast service. Orders are always correct truly a great dining experience.Kim
