The past several times we have been there, the serving line for ice cream is nasty. Brown Banana peels laying in the counter, limes on the floor under the station, ice cream splattered all over the shake machines, melted ice cream and nuts scattered on the line. Our fries have been overly brown and nasty. Several of us are now suffering some sort of bathroom issue that we can only pinpoint Braums burgers and fries as the culprit. And not sure how often the yogurt machine is cleaned but after the look of the place, I guess not too often. Will be going to Park Row location from now on. Much cleaner

Always love braums ice cream. Mainly get the 2 3pints for 7 bucks. Used to be cheaper, but everything's prices go up, understandable so.
Everyone loves Braums, that is a fact! They need to hire more staff at this location!! It’s busy day and night!
Holy moly! I frequent my local Braum's & appreciate the customer service, but I've got to say that the service at the Little Road Braum's is EXCEPTIONAL! I made purchases in both the restaurant & grocery sides. Everyone was very friendly. The attention to detail & getting the orders correct in the restaurant was impressive. Another customer & I commented to each other about the quality of the service. A manager made sure everyone had been helped. Great job Braum's!!!
Fresh dairy and bakery items as well as burgers and fries. Their chicken strip with country gravy are outstanding. Their selection of ice cream, frozen yogurt and no sugar added ice cream is second to none!
This braums is awesome! I go a couple times a month, and the food is always great, what's in my bag is always correct, and the people there are always happy to see you!
They are all the same, cook the same and have the same flavor. Not bad but nothing special and overpriced.
Neat shop! Grab a burger and fries, a tasty ice cream treat (or shake+) AND pick up some deli meats, cheeses and fresh fruits - all in one spot! I see a lot of these all over the Dallas area, but none down in Austin. Yet? Hoping that this OK company decides to expand and move a bit further down I35.
Grabbed a bacon cheeseburger combo for my nephew when picking him up after school. It was hot and fresh. He devoured everything jn minutes.Absolutely loved it! Delicious ?
