I was craving Boston Market, the best chicken made. It’s a mistake going to the establishment located on Little Road. First of all, by the way the acted, the employees don’t like their job. Plus the creamed spinach & the new potatoes looked old, dry & crusty. Definitely the bottom of the barrel. Luckily they had more spinach in the back. But they were kind of rude about getting more. I didn’t bother to ask about the potatoes. I got home a discovered I didn’t get a quarter chicken & no cornbread. Disappointing. ? I won’t go back. But the chicken is still delicious.
This is the second time in a month I have had the worst service. They didn't make my food and called me to cancel my order. But I have to go up there to get my money back. Manager lost his cool called me many name including the N word. I will never go back to this store or any boston market for the way I was treated. Other customers had to step in to tell him just to give me a refund.
So #BostonMarket was having a BOGO deal yesterday. Dinner for us was solved! NOT when the person serving food isn't wearing a mask, gloves, uniform, or apron...and puts chicken that was already plated (for about 5 min) BACK INTO the container in which it came with the rest of the chicken. Disgusting! Isn't this some sort of health code violation, not to mention WE ARE STILL IN A PANDEMIC! Just nasty.
I used to order via the app daily. Literally. The quality and the service has declined so much I won’t now. The last two times I have used the app (last week and today) I arrived only to find there was no food. Last week, I showed up and a note was taped to the door that they weren’t ready or opening until 1:00p. My food was supposed to be ready at 12:03. From the parking lot I realized I had a missed call from a number I didn’t know. I called. It was Boston Market. Apparently they had called me at around 11:45 but didn’t leave a message. I asked them why they would call me and not leave a message, especially because my food was gonna be over an hour late and now I have wasted my lunch break. I ordered again tonight. Went up there and they told me it would be another hour. I just canceled the order once again. Plus the last five or six times I have gone there no one is wearing a hairnet or gloves. No one greets you. The cornbread is flat and half the size it was a year ago. The sides always look old. I really tried to hang in there and thought it was a slump or employee shortage. The day they randomly closed until 1 o’clock because they didn’t have their act together there were four people inside. Today there were five. They all look very young which isn’t a problem. Except for maybe they need some guidance as they gain experience. And the rudeness? Just freaking stop with that. If it puts you to interact with people, do something else. It’s not my fault you work here, or consistently run out of chicken, cornbread, potatoes, mixed, vegetables.Between bad service, poor quality food, and food not being ready when it’s supposed to be, and lack of hygienic practices, I won’t be back. Which I hate because I love Boston Market.

We walked ?♂️ ? ?♀️ ?♂️ right on out & went directly over to Chic fil A!!! A+ by the way 5 star @ Chc fil A. As for BM "NOT" and the comments are the proof in this pudding mostly all the comments are about the disgusting food, seems as if "Tim" is just entertaining the little amount of customers who have unfortunately spent $$$$ @BM☹ Definitely not worth the 1 star

This location needs an Intervention...Absolute worst experience ever... pretty sure the chicken I received was a day old, wouldn't be surprised if the sides and cornbread were also :-/This is not the first bad experience eitherWent on a Sunday around 12 and they were out of chicken.Let's put it this way; my kids wouldn't even eat it and that's pretty bad..Will not be returning to this location and I would not recommend
Typically I have good service here but the past few times it was either rude employees or not fresh food. I placed a mobile order this time it’s about a 15 min drive from my house so I can place it and go expecting to only have to wait an additional 2-3 minutes. I get here (yes I’m currently waiting) and I’m told it’s going to be another 15 minutes because the pot pie was just being put into the oven. I ask why they weren’t put in the oven when they received my order got no answer except they’re just now being put in. I then ask well how will I know the rest of my food is going to be fresh the employee said it will be all of it will be then proceeded to tell me they don’t have 2 of the sides I ordered. I ask what they have it’s only 3-4 options available all of which no one goes there for. This is pretty irritating because it wasn’t always this bad. The service and food itself has gotten worse within the two years.
Placed a catering order online 4 days ahead of time, and when we showed up to the same address listed in our confirmation email they claimed that location doesn’t do catering. Really frustrating to feed our crew when they take online orders and then can’t make them. Staff at the location was not helpful with the situation, basically told us to go away.
