Well that was a weird experience. They took forever to take our order, then said they're out of every meat but some kind of specific chicken & meatloaf, then she said the chicken would be a 45 minute wait. So finally we order the meatloaf and the woman taking our order said "hold on one moment" and left. The ordering menu was also mostly gone. Sorry to have bothered you, won't come back! ?
Staff was friendly and apologetic when it took a while to complete my large order. However, the order was completely correct when I got home and everything tasted great.
Here with my wife and mother-n-law. We ordered a chicken pot pie and two meatloaf. The chicken pot pie was the only thing that was hot. Meatloaf was lukewarm, and the sides were cold. The cornbread was cold and hard. It was very disappointing. The staff was very unorganized. There were 3 of us together, and had to tell them multiple times that we were together, and dining in. They still wanted to put our food in a Togo bag. Not sure we will be back. :(
I picked up take out food for a couple that just had their second baby. I got a chicken pot pie and it was great. The chicken was so moist and it had the right amount of vegetable.
Ashley, the Assistant General Manager, delivered exceptional customer service. The creamed spinach and sweet potatoes was nearly gone and she offered to make fresh sides for us. She went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure customer satisfaction. We expressed our dissatisfaction with the location on Little Road and she guaranteed us a positive experience at this location. We have struggled to find a Boston Market since we moved from the Euless area that we are happy with, besides the location in Hurst/Euless that we are satisfied with, but this one is definitely a great option for us. We have had bad experiences at the following locations: Little Road, Pioneer Parkway, Irving, and MacArthur Blvd. We feel as though the Boston Market franchise is headed downward, which is a travesty because the food is so scrumptious! Thanks Ashley for the great experience and we will be back to visit you soon!
This is absolutely the worst location ever!!! I placed an online order for a family meal for 5. Upon arrival to pickup I was told my order had to be canceled (which there was no notification) due to having absolutely no chicken in the building, which was fine had I just been notified. The cashier informing was rude and barely looked at me when delivering the news. The $70 had been taken from my account and when asked if and when my money would be refunded she shrugged her shoulders and said I have no idea. There was no manager available.I have frequented the Cooper st. location for over 10 years and never have I had such terrible customer service as I did today.I proceeded to place a second order at the Little road location. The employees were quite apologetic for their lesser counterparts and assured me that there were would be no issue filling my order. They even informed me of the wait time for fresh chicken. They were friendly upon arrival and the order was $15 cheaper!
Everyone working the closing shift 12/30 refused to make anyone's order they were trying to force people into taking what was ready and available instead of making our orders on top of that they had terrible attitudes and didn't have a good reason just said we are out of chicken. I ordered a meatloaf and turkey meal but they were out of chicken so I couldn't get what I asked for.
Is this location open? I seem to go by there for my kids and they're always closed. I thought hours changed, but at 2pm, it was closed and boxes everywhere. I see people have visited a month ago, but I've been going by there for at least 3 months and same results, closed. Once, they did have a sign saying no electricity. They have poor management
Worst location I've been to. I gave them another chance but they disappointed again. Chicken was cold and under cooked. All my food was cold actually.
