For was cold and they didn't tell us they were literally out of everything except white chicken, they waited for us to order and then they would say"we are out of that"... Then we were stuck in line for over 30 minutes. I usually enjoy this place, but it's been declining for a while. We ended up eating Wendy's across the street instead, and loved it.
I got an email for $3.14 apple pie & it was on my birthday. Loved this pie. I only got 1 slice & my husband ate the rest of it ? love being a rewards member!
I love Boston Market. However I was very disappointed with the customer service at this location today (3/13/22). I didn’t receive a greeting, or even a smile. I ordered a Meal for 3 (25.99) and was charged $30.30. When I questioned the additional cost, I was informed that 2 of my sides were “premium” sides and cost an additional $1 each. I explained that they should inform customers when they will be charged anything additional. No response from the cashier and no apology. As a result I requested a refund and changed my sides. I didn’t really care as much about the added cost, but customer service is everything!! Very disappointed! If you’re unhappy with your job, find a new one. SMH
Bostonarket.on pioneer in Arlington is always fresh and on point...never had a problem...if I did, they would fix it rite away

Three strikes, Boston Market out. I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews, however this location has proved more unsatisfactory each time I've visited. The first time I went to the location the service was slow, even though it was not busy and the food was, meh, my chicken was dry, the sides were okay. The second time we visited, the staff did not acknowledge us for 15 minutes, until we began to leave. We left, unhappy and decided to get burgers, instead. Last night we placed an order, online, when my husband went to pick it up, they had no record of the transaction, even though we'd placed and paid for the order already, online. We were unable to cancel, or even find our online order. Never again will I give my business to Boston Market. ?
staff was nice; the food came hot and tasty. wife had the chicken pot pie and it was loaded with chicken. I had the garlic and herb white chicken and it was tasty and good size serving. You get to fill your drink your self so you can mix it up. Would go here again to eat next time we are in the area.
This one Boston Market its totally different to other ones i been this its excellent place,very fresh and clean place excellent customers care Highly recommended this location
Came in today and the lady who was taking my order. Was extremely rude, had an attitude, and was to busy cutting her eyes. Then the guy in the back was just as rude. We asked for 3 piece dark for me, my mom, and sister and they acted like we asked for something impossible. They just sat and mean mugged us for no reason. The pregnant lady at the register was extremely nice and friendly!! She actually made the visit sooo much better… I don’t usually eat here because the food hasnt been that great in awhile… but the customer service will make me never go back!!!!! I understand people have bad days, but at that point it was unnecessary
Decent food. Some sides are worth it, others not so much. Chicken is tender.
