Very sad to see it was closed because they oversold or had some event the day before. Hard to keep a business top notch when they're not open to serve everyday or as scheduled. I get it if you don't have enough staff, but cook accordingly. People want your food you can make money. I guess you don't care about keeping a business funded, when you can't make enough food? Little sad about my seeing the note attached to the door that Friday which indicated no availability. ?✨?
Always a favorite place of ours to go. The food is amazing. Great fun atmosphere. Employees are warm and welcoming. They would give me "scraps" for my dog upon request for free, they weren't scraps either, id give to the dog and be jealous. I moved out of the area and tho I can't get their tasty food anymore, they will mail their BBQ sauce and that's better than nothing.Next time I'm in Texas, I'll go out of my way to visit this establishment
Very disappointed with both the service and the food. Cashier was pleasant but the rest of the staff was rude or short with their reply. Food was tasteless. Meat, sauce, beans, even the corn on the cob. And the coke was flat. I'm not kidding. Probably should be 1 star.
I got the sandwich special for 12.50, the brisket in the sandwich was not as moist as I would like but it was still delicious. Definitely recommend!I also got a sloppy joe on the side for 2.50. it tastes great and on Tuesdays it's only 1.25!
Two stars for friendly service. The staff is very very nice!!! The food however is below average. Ribs are overcooked and lacks flavor. The greens also overcooked, bland and possibly from a can as they had a strange tang and the ends of the green bean is present. Bypass the potato salad because I'm wondering who made it. Chicken is moist and flavorful. Bbq sauce is tasty. Overall I wouldn't go back. The search continues for great BBQ in Dallas.
Great food!! Went there on a Friday evening and were the only customers in the restaurant. The dessert was excellent. Only thing keeping it from a 5 star was that it is a little pricey.
Wanted a bite close to where I was shopping, so Yelp guided me here for some so-called good BBQ. I ordered the two meat plates, but I only wanted brisket. The sides were limited spicy beans, green beans, pasta salad, mac n cheese & deviled eggs. I choose green beans & mac n cheese to be on the safe side. Little to my surprise nothing was safe... this was complete TRASH!!! The brisket was DRY AS CARDBOARD, not a lick of moisture whatsoever. The mac n cheese was creamy but missing salt & the green beans were straight from the can. This was a complete waste of money in my opinion however the customer service is 5 stars. If you want REAL QUALITY BBQ don't come here Yelpers.
Went to restaurant on 1/14 after seeing it on cbs 11 dfw.Food was just mediocre. Nothing to write home to mom about. I have had better at Springcreek. We had a one meat dinner plate with two veggies. We got the brisket plate and we rolled out of there paying 47.00 for two. Expensive for what you get.Workers were friendly. The establishment was clean. Would i go back? No.
Outstanding service and BBQ! We had a large crew order a variety of meats, sides, and desserts in December the night before the Big 12 Championship game and they're still raving about that meal!
Very good food and no waiting! Will visit next time I'm in town. Very friendly and helpful too!
