Went there late at night and Marcus really helped us out. He explained everything on the menu and helped us make the best pizza. He provided exquisite customer service from when we entered the building by greeting us up until we left. Marcus made us feel comfortable and I will be coming back to this blaze pizza because of him. I had this pizza last night. It's just not good. Cheap ingredients with hardly any taste. I didn't like it. It was made fresh and everything but the quality was awful to me. Try at your own risk. Ok so I tried it again and this time the pizza was good. I was gonna bump the stars up but the customer service was horrible. But the pizza and lemonade was great
First time eatting there.I advised this is my 1st time eatting there, the staff was not friendly, maybe they were tired..... The pizza was ok.
I have been loyal to this location for years and have usually had exceptional pizzas, but that changed today.I'm not sure what happened this last time, but the pizza I was given was watery and unappetizing. The BBQ sauce wasn't sauce, but was liquidy with the consistency of water and there were black flakes all over the top of my pizza, which means they seriously need to clean their oven. The crust also had an unpleasant burnt taste, which was the boldest flavor on this bland, messy pizza. This was probably my last time visiting.Edit: I've seen some reviews mentioning new management, which could explain why things went so wrong tonight. The ingredients on the pizza did not seem fresh at all and my pineapple was chewy. Perhaps quality is being sacrificed in favor of profit.Edit #2: Noticed a lot of fake 5-star reviews lately. Think it's safe to say this place is no longer worth visiting. Oh well. It was good while it lasted, Blaze. Do better!

We come about once a week. It is very good pizza and great that we can get individual pies customized to our taste. Service is always good. Our last couple of visits, Sosa has been exceptional.

Very first time at Blaze and it was amazing!! The customer service was great and I had a wonderful chat with the patrons preparing my pizza for me and they were very helpful in describing what certain toppings were. The pizza itself deserves another 5 stars! It was so scrumptious I scarfed down two pieces before I could take the pictures!
Have been going to blaze across the country for years! One of my favorites. This Arlington location was no exceptions till management changed. All employees look lost, the time it takes to make a pizza is painstakingly long, and the manager is going around bossing the employees around in front of the customers. 3 of the employees expressed their frustration with the changes since their new manager started last week.It's not that hard to make a pizza, management needs to figure out how to give their team efficient direction, and keep the blaze culture/process standard to the other locations.As I'm writing this review, the manager had an altercation with a customer about an online order that was 25 min behind the pick up time, and the manager told the customer "don't come back if you don't want to wait" wow nice job blaze recruiting! ✅Always great eating burned pizza
