I ordered pizza and it didn’t come for over 2 hours. The staff was rude and lied and said it was on its way. It was less than 3 miles down the road. When we called back they said the delivery guy didn’t pick it up. By this time it’s close to closing and everything else around us is closing. I better get my refund they promised back to my card. Time will tell on that. Honesty would have helped and we could have went and got something else. I do not recommend.
The pizza here was pretty good for a New York style pizzeria. The setting was also very nice and traditional for a old style pizzeria. I ordered a pepperoni and onion pizza, which was very tasty. My only problem was that the crust was very dry and crackly. I prefer a more doughy crust, but that Is a personal preference. Would stop here again.

I can say I had high hopes ordering from here. This was the worst delivery experience I have ever had! We placed our order a 8:00pm. When we got the order at 9:08pm they forgot a pepperoni pizza. Since the shop was only 10 minutes away, they said they would be right back with it. We said fine, paid in cash which included the tip. As 10:00pm came around, we called the store, and we were told that he was on the way and he should be here in 10 minutes. We called back at 10:30pm since we still did not have get our food, and they stated the delivery guy had “car trouble”, and we were told that he was 5 minutes away! We called, yet again and was told he was “stopped by the train”, which is right by our house (we can see the tracks from our back door, the train does not run after 9:30pm on saturdays) and when the driver himself finally gave us a call at 11:00pm, he said he locked his keys in his car! So what that told me was one thing, the driver delivered other orders before getting our undelivered food to us. And to say that the restaurant had high reviews in the food is beyond me. The calamari was rubbery, the wings tasted frost bitten frozen wings, and my pizza was ice cold by the time we got it. I will say this was our first, and last time ordering from the pizzeria.

Very good food.. I had the spaghetti and meatballs and wife had chicken alfredo and a slice of pepperoni pizza (to try it out). The sauce in meatballs wasn't overwhelmed by garlic, it was just right. Wife said her chicken alfredo was delicious as well, along with the salad she got. The sweet tea was just right, not to sweet and not lacking any sugar to where more needed to be added. Maybe a fresh pizza would be better, maybe we'll get that next time.We wanted something different from what we have In irving. I don't mind driving to good food
Fantastic gluten free pizza and super friendly folks behind the counter. 10/10 will smash another one of their pizzas into my face next time I’m in town.
Chose this place based on the reviews. Pizza was ok for being Luke warm/cool in some spots (maybe would have been better hot and fresh) and took just under 2 hours to get delivered. Ordered through the slice app and nizza was contacted twice. Once by me and then another time by slice 15 minutes apart and each time was promised the delivery within ten minutes. It was super frustrating, probably should have just picked it up but the driver had really no explanation as to why or what happened and no offer from anyone to make it right. Probably won’t go to this place again.
So disappointed ! This was my first order form Bek's, although my mother has eaten there in house, and said it was good. We decided to get delivery from Slice. It took longer than they stated on the app, the order arrived cold, and our dessert was missing. I will never use Slice again, and would only try Bek's again if we were to eat it there. Evidently, it does not travel well. And skip the cheese sticks. Cold, dry and bland. The frozen ones from the grocery are better.I updated my initial stars to 3 because leftover, the pizza wasn't bad ( once reheated). I didn't give 4 or 5 because the cheese sticks were pretty bad and the delivery was incredibly slow. If you are busy, let customers know so they can decide to come pick up the food instead of waiting well over the promised time for cold food.
Great pizza and awesome philly cheesesteak for a very reasonable price! Service is always top-notch and the food never disappoints! The eggplant parm is a good choice, one of my favorite entrees!
