First-time patron. Ordered a non-dairy milkshake made from their non-dairy mint chocolate chip ice cream. But they used whole milk. The guy behind the counter didn't seem to care enough to understand the issue. We kindly asked him to make another shake with an alternative, such as lactose free milk, oat milk, etc. That's right around the time he lost the ability to understand my wife's English and only cared about being paid for the dairy non-dairy shake. I tend to not bother with writing poor reviews, but his nonchalant dismissive attitude towards my bride is why my family and i won't be returning to that creamery.
They really tried but they need another M&P on how to make shakes. When you try 3 times and each time it’s a cup of milk is baffling. $5.94 is steep for a cup of milk. At least they were nice
Picked up a custom ice cream cake for a birthday. The cake decorations were the wrong color. The cake was the wrong shape and the writing was not legible.
Worse banana split I've ever had on top of not making to order. Lesson learned!

I sought a butter pecan ice cream cone. I had just left the grand prairie store because they did not have it..This store stinks. How can ice cream stink?? On top of that the cone that would have been $2 at another store was $4.00 plus here. How do they stay in business??
After placing an order I was told the dining room was “closed” despite no sign being on the door telling customers this information.
