I was really sad to see that the patties tasted frozen and the fries could use some improvement. Maybe i caught them on an off day. Its tough to have survived covid so i can understand if my assumptions are correct. This was my first time trying them so it may not have always been this way. I will try to go back to get a better idea of what the food quality is like, but for now, not bad, but not great.

I have been multiple times and it is usually pretty good but lately it has been getting more and more disappointing. I went today 6/9/22 and there was a 22 minute wait in the drive through with only one vehicle ahead of me. When I received my order, it was wrong and the drive through worker preceeded to argue even though I did not recieve what I paid for. Also, if you have a truck, be very careful turning after you order. The space is very tight. Not a good experience. I hope this place does not keep going downhill.

Airways hamburgers Are the best in Arlington the fries the onion rings everything is great the cooking over the charcoal just makes you want to go into the restaurant smells like a big picnic in there

The food we had was great and the staff was friendly. We could smell it from outside and that’s what made us want to walk in…that and we love smaller places not large chains. The decor was awesome and my boys couldn’t get enough of the propellers and picture. My picky son devoured his bacon cheeseburger before anyone else had even half finished theirs. The fries were seasoned great and the fried pickles were amazing. The burgers were all well made and one son asked for another to take with us. The cheese fries do not have nacho cheese but the cheese on it was great and melty. We will definitely be back. The prices were also reasonable!

It was better the last time I had it. The burger was not cooked fresh. They just heated it up on the flat top and melted the cheese. It was not hot all the way through. The last time I was here was 12 years ago, so I don't know if there was an ownership change or what, but something changed.

Went today because I wanted a good quality grilled chicken sandwich. HUGE mistake!! The piece of chicken because it was a piece not a patty, was full of fat. So I basically ate the bread with a tiny piece of the grilled chicken. I had initially ordered sweet potato fries and they never said they were out. I waited at the window for 12 minutes for my food, the girl at the window never acknowledged me just bluntly said we don’t have sweet potato fries. Didn’t even mention anything about me waiting at that window for so long. I told her just to give me the fries, it was like 10 fries and they were extremely greasy, salty and stuck to the little paper sack they were in. Beyond frustrated!!! Won’t be coming back.

Was almost past the point of no return. Moments away from eating my phone when this heaven sent manna shop emerged on my screen. What happened next can only be described as…freaking delicious! DO NOT PASS THIS UP. The burger menu is deep, the flavors are off the charts, and the ambience is up in the sky. Great place to land a burger and fries in Arlington.

Stopped in to grab some burgers, was disappointed last visit, but decided to give them another try. First off: the lady taking our order had zero personality & honestly looked disinterested in being there. Ordered 2 burgers w/fries. The burgers were gray in color and tasted like they were kept underneath the freezer. The fries were acceptable, but not good either. We each took one bite out of our Grey burgers and walked out. Not only is the food disgusting, but the building/floors/walls etc... doesn't appear to have been cleaned in a very long time. We will never return.

This places used to be amazing… it is now a run down S***hole.. from the attitude of the lady who works there to the disgusting food that they can’t even cook until it’s actually done. Our appetizers were still frozen in the middle and the burgers are no longer the delicious real charbroiled burgers. They are now frozen fake burgers that literally taste like nothing and smell funny. Took one bite and threw in the trash. Not worth going and giving another chance. This place clearly does not want to be in business any more and they aren’t hiding it.

Wow... I knew I was in for a treat when I pulled into the parking lot. Don't t let the looks fool you. The burger and fries was in point! I had the mushroom and Crinkle fries. I'm in town for a few days and looking forward to my next meal here....let's hope two days in a row wont disappoint... hot dog for tomorrow!
