I went there for lunch with a friend expecting a similar experience as the last time. I was wrong after the lady at the counter charged me upfront ( it’s a sit down establishment) and expected some tip. When the food was ready the portions were too small. Then they forgot to serve me the hummus I had paid for upfront. After finishing up the very light meal myOrder was still missing. I then asked to be reimbursed and the lady started arguing with me. Very bad experience overall.My advice to management is stop charging upfront like a fast-food joint and focus on service instead!
My guy Raouf fixed me up real good everytime I come through. He will work with you and make sure you get what your heart desire and I promise you he will get you what you need and you won’t be disappointed 10/10 recommend

My first visit here and I'll definitely be going back. Had the chicken shawarma on rice dinner and it was fabulous. Delicious fresh food, nice place, great people, open late. If you love shawarma, you must try Abu Omar Halal. I can't wait to try other dishes here.

It’s delicious. Normally we always take arabi style chicken sandwich which is awesome. But today we tried beef kabob with rice which is also very tasty. Only issue is that the portion is a bit small. Only one beef kabob. I wish the portion was a bit large. But taste wise it is 5 star.
An awsome must go to restaurant. The food is delicious especially the chicken arabi and the beef rice bowel! On top of it all manager Rauf at the Arlington location is such a gem, best service ever! Even my kids loved the service and food!
Simply Food poisoning, If anyone hasn’t heard of BLACK shawerma and you want to waste your time and money go ahead and try Abu Omar, Super bad in all aspects.Went back to let the guy who made it about this he said i made it crispy for you, seriously sir! Hahahahaha that’s ridiculously funnyI will go ahead and let the health city dep know about it
