Ordered the meal for two tonight was told it would only take 5 minutes to be all ready which I thought was because they weren’t busy at all I was the only customer in there at the time got home and wings were over cooked and hard couldn’t even eat into them fries hard and cold could not even eat my meal So I called to get through to a manager and was on phone 20 minutes and no answer I always go to the other wing stop and never come to this wing stop until tonight and it’s been very disappointing…
Highly dissatisfied with this location. Went in tonight to pick up my takeout order that consisted of the 24 pack family meal. After waiting 15 min in store, I received my meal and drive 20 min all the way home only to find that half of my wings were missing. Frustrated and highly upset that half of my wings were missing resulting in my wife not receiving her dinner, I called to let them know. The person I spoke to on the phone said that the only way they could fix this (their mistake) was if I drove all the way back and picked up the missing wings or I drive all the way back with my meal and they’ll refund it. So basically I’d waste almost an hour and a half of my life and not have a dinner for something that was not our fault. Horrible customer service, critical thinking, and overall business. I would like for them to order takeout somewhere only to get home to half of their meal missing and being told “ oh just come back with your meal for a refund or to pickup missing wings that we forgot but that is all we can do”. Waste of time and gas. Oh and to top it off, I overheard the manager say “that’s it” when I said we were missing half our wings….. so it must not be unusual for them to forget peoples’ meals.
Service was friendly and food was good. I think even the price was equal to the value. Not a fast food stop but not too long on service. Looked like most people call in their order. Take out only.
Placed an order yesterday for 4:00 pickup today(super bowl Sunday). Was told that if I did not come up to the store at 11am and pay then my 4:00 order would not be ready until at least 6:30. I do not live in Amarillo and it was not worth the time and gas to make 2 trips there. Absolutely ridiculous!! I was also told that even if I did pay, my order could still be 2-3 hours after my scheduled pick up time. No thanks, there’s other places in town to get wings that will gladly take my money!!
I came in last night andy food was so fresh and amazing. The cashier was very friendly and the employees in the back where working it but having fun at the same time. Amazing environment. I will be coming back..

Placed an order online 3 hours in advance. Upon arrival, it wasn't ready. Staff was rude when asked how long it would me. They couldn't even give me a straight answer. Just "see all those, they are ahead of you and yours isn't even up there yet." They struggled processing the refund. It was a busy day but I will say I watch them trying to cook way too many wings at once. Gross
The employees are working SO hard. They were all so friendly! The food was delicious. So great! ?
Everything was hot,fresh and ready to go. We tried a few of the mango hot wings I must say they were out favorite.
This has got to be the worst Wing Stop in the world. The Chicken Wings are Ice Cold, and the fries are flaccid as 70-year-old man. The wings also taste like it’s cooked an old fry oil. I will never eat here again and on top of that it’s stupid expensive for terrible food.
