great apple, cranberry salads. they discontinued my favorites. what's catch and steak fingers. so sad!
Slow and poor customer service through drive through. Over 30 minutes just to place an order. That doesn't include the wait for the meal.Needs new management.The last two times I've been here my meal wasn't very good either.This is my last visit to this sorry establishment!
Ordered my food on the app at 7:15pm, given my curbside order would be ready at 7:33…. It is 7:58pm and I am still waiting on my food. Went inside to check on the order. No sorry, “oh we just didn’t see your order!” But here are your drinks! I want my food!!! The manager can careless! No apology- nothing- just wait and wait and wait for your food if you want it!! Don’t go to WhataBurger on Hollywood if you are hungry- or actually expect to get any service or your food!! It is 8:09 AND I FINALLY GOT MY FOOD!!!
Hollywood Rd. Took almost 30 minutes to get food. And 2 of my party had a chicken items. Those were hot and fresh - the burgers and fries were not. Not at all. The cheese on the burgers wasn’t even melted. Wow I could have had a cold sandwich at home!
I swear this is the worst Whataburger in Amarillo. We set in line for 20 minutes just to get up to the spot to order and they tell us it’s going to be a 45 minute wait. Their lobby was pretty much empty and there was two cars ahead of me. It never fails when you go to this location you’re going to get bad attitudes and bad service. I highly suggest to go to a different Whataburger.
Very frustrated! Ordered on the app an hour before pick up time. Arrived a little before the proposed time of arrival for curbside pickup only to be told 3 items in the order were unavailable. I quickly made an alternative order for those items. 20 minutes after the proposed pick up time, the order was still not ready. I went into the store, and waited a few minutes longer. I finally got the order and hurried to get the food delivered, only to discover we were missing items from the order.
Twice now I have ordered food to be delivered to my family and both times the food I have ordered for myself wasn't delivered. We called them to let them know and was informed the only way they fix it is for us to drive there. The whole point of delivery is so we don't have to get out. So disappointing, because the food is usually good.
They take the fast out of fast food. At least a 30 min wait in line anytime I go. If there's cars in front of you then it only gets longer. Any of these reviews that are saying they got their food in a timely manner are lying.
Even at lunch rush with a skeleton crew, the drive thru ran quickly and my order was correct. Whataburger seems to be the only fast food chain that consistently gets orders right. We could tell our food was fresh and made to order. This has been one of the best burger joints to go to when you're in a hurry. Never been let down. That green Chile double better never go away, it's so dang good. So it's everything else I've ever had, but that's my favorite. With onion rings. Definitely go here if you want a good meal with good service!
1. Shake machine was down.2. They wanted to save their coffee for the morning and didn’t want to make any.3. It took 60+ minutes to get our food.4. Just go to Taco Bell next door.Just bad…probably the worst Whataburger experience I’ve ever had. This store/location needs some serious adjustments made or just shut down. This is unacceptable.
