Place takes a thousand years to ever get through the line of drive through and if you go inside it takes just about half that time so 500 years. The staff's always rude and seems to always ignore the issue of waiting and the time it takes to make your orders. If it wasn't that it took so long it might get a better rating from most people but the amount of time it takes to get your food is outrageous.
Poor service. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru and didn't move one spot so I decided to go inside. I waited about 20 minutes total for my order all while watching one of the workers messing around and making things worse in the kitchen. The only reason I waited so long was this was the last Whataburger I was going to see on my way back home. Would rate no starts if I could.
I am so upset that you have discontinued the jalapeño cheddar biscuit. This is so wrong. Bring it back. I am not alone. We were blindsided.
My 60$ DoorDash order was messed up came to the restaurant to get it fixed and was told to wait in their long drive through line. The employees with the exception of the manager were very rude. I watched a number of them sitting doing nothing as cars lined the street for the drive thru. Highly disgusting. This location needs better workers!!
This What-A-Burger experience was very good. The wait in the drive-thru was not too long (and What-A-Burger can be!), and when we got home the food was delicious! One can't go wrong with a Green Chile Double!
Cashier was busy talking to a couple siting down, over 3 minutes before he came to get our order. When we got my wife's order, her meat was cold and the cheese hadn't even started to melt. Floor was dirty and 3 tables had previous food orders remaining. Ladies bathroom was closed so the men's became unisex except it was dirty also.
Worst whataburger ever!!! After traveling for 7 hours all my cousin and I wanted was whataburger. Our ENTIRE order was wrong. We asked for no bun, we got bun. Asked for jalapeños, no jalapeños. Mayo on the burger, nope none at all. Ketchup on the burger, yeah right. Seriously a huge disappointment. Wish I could give negative stars.
Ordered a burger with green chili. I got green chili along with all the fried nasty on the grill. I called an spoke to a manager. They offered to make a new one, but after taking a bite of this charcoaled burger I don't think I'll be back to this location for awhile.
Absolutely terrible. When I was there two employees joked that they take only an hour vs the McDonald's where they take 2 hours. I told them not every place is slow and it's not okay and refunded my food - instead of wait. Go any where else, avoid this place. The only fast thing here is getting your money back.
Literally the worst wataburger I've ever been to. Went through the drive through got 3 basic meals and we got asked to pull to the front and then we waiting in the front for over 40 minutes. When we finally got our food it was cold and the buns were soaked through. The Dr pepper shake had WAAAAAY too much syrup mix to the point where it's Undrinkable and there wasn't a single napkin, straw or ketchup in the bag even though we made sure to ask for them. Should've gone to ihop.
