So this is a third time in a row that I come to this location and they have this one little girl that states she’s been here three months. The last two times she messed my order up but I never came back to fix the problem because it was past breakfast time. This time I come in on a Sunday and there’s four people ahead of me in line inside and it took her more than 10 minutes to finish up and I didn’t get to get my breakfast.
Went through the drive thru, everything was speedy. But I was served old fries and I asked for no onions and no tomato on my burger, but still got onions. This is the only whataburger that messes my order after being there multiple times in the past. I'd recommend every other whataburger but this one. I'd give it a negative star if I could.
The fact that I’m taking my time to write this review says something.I am so sick of going to other whataburger and they’re just bad, there is only so many in Amarillo and THIS location gets it spot on. Yea you have your typical older clientele who complain , and put the crew down and make them think they’re not good. But i know how the restaurant industry goes, don’t let it discourage you. This food is so fresh and delicious, I will be here every single morning when I’m hungry for some whataburger ?
Love the food but wow they get my order wrong practically eveytime...and its simple stuff like how hard is it to put a extra large fry in a bag?
First time ever to get through a Whataburger drive through in less than 15 minutes!! Lol! I hope this is the norm now and not just a fluke. I even ordered fish! Which probably accounted for at least 5 minutes of the wait. AND the order was 100% correct!Great job guys! Keep it up!
Super busy so it took forever to get my food. The taquitos were okay, but what did shine was the chocolate malt. I love chocolate malts if they're made correctly, i.e. I can actually taste the malt. Otherwise it's just a shake that I paid extra for. The malt was amazing.
You guys got this order all wrong. Onions when there shouldn't be lettuce the size of a quarter. Not real happy. The person who assembled this order should be brought in for instruction and not released until they get it right. Just saying. Thanks
Went to the location at 45th and Western. Waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes. I would have left but with the way they have it laid out and surrounded by curbs, you can't get out. I love their food but I'll never go to that location again.
I received exactly what I ordered and it was delicious. The staff was also very nice.
Good food, fast service clean and disinfected for your safety.
