Food was good but the customer service was exceptional. Everyone looked they actually enjoyed their jobs. Kudos to the staff and management.
Food, amazing!People, amazing!They hardly ever mess up my orders, everything is always hot and fresh!The only reason I gave it 4 ⭐ is the drive thru speed.. sit in line for an hour and finally get up too the order box and still have to wait for 10 min just for someone to take my order. The drive thru needs major improvement. It's not like this in other locations in other towns, so I don't know why this one is like this.
Waited in line for 50 minutes!!!! After ordering your stuck in the line and that's why I didn't just leave. If I could have I would have, but i didnt wanna bottom out trying to hop over the cement blocks. I can't even begin to think what would possibly take this long unless the lady that takes the order also cooks and expedites. I figured food was gonna be piping hot waiting that long and everything was cold and I didn't get my condiments?waste of time and money!!
I was greatly looking forward to a good meal today,but it proved to be very disappointing. I ordered a Patty Melt meal with honey mustard sauce. Did not get what I wanted! The fries were cold! For what you expect me to pay for this meal,I want it to be done correctly & hot & fresh. I will think twice or three times, probably more before I come back again. Plus, the shake machine was "down" in the middle of the afternoon. Don't be like McD's !!! I expect better from this Texas based business!! Step up & keep your customers happy! There are too many choices to spend our money! Make every customer feel valued. If you have no customers, you have no business. I will be telling others about my experience today. Not a good grade!!!
Came in about 8p all tables are empty so I figure my order should be quick well ended up waiting about 4,-5 min before employee took my order, while waiting the other employees looked at me without saying anything & just continued what they were doing, finally got my order & fries & meat were luke warm. While eating noticed a lady walk in to return her order and again she waited a bit before she shouted out for someone to assist her, last I'm looking at 4 dirty tables and 2-3 employees on their cell phones because yes it was that slow!
I came through drive thru ordered the new grill chicken bacon sandwich I asked them to add cheese and onion rings in stead of fries. What I got was a fried chicken sandwich no bacon, no cheese, no onion rings. They was not even busy. The chicken was overcooked. The fries was really salty. My dog's loved it though. They did put that sauce on it . They need to do better or I won't ever spend another dime there. Disappointed on several levels.
The manager here is a real jerk. I normally don't mention unless some1 gets really rude but this guy was very rude. To my husband. Then when I called to complain to some1 higher up first they hung up on me, then I called back and had to call 3x's altogether, In the end he denies everything and played dumb like he didn't know what I was talking about. I do not recommend. Very unprofessional. Don't trust this type of management.
I honestly hate to give negative reviews, but the Thursday evening/night crew [02/17/2022 @ 22:00 hrs] earned this one. Cars were lined up in the drive-thru, people standing inside waiting, and the young woman working the window kept scratching her ankle and foot with her hands before handling the food. While I understand places can get busy, and even that people may have health issues, the laissez-faire attitude and lack of hygienic food practices were inexcusable. And, after waiting 28 minutes for 2 burgers and 1 Dr. Pepper...? Yup! You guessed it: they got the order wrong. I sincerely hope they will correct these issues.VERDICT: EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
Poor poor service stood in line for approximately 35 minutes arrived home with an order that was #1 no meat so I called up there to speak with manager who hung up on me no apology not a single response drive back up there to get my order right stood out in the cold waiting !!! They gave me my sack back again no meat really guys I wasted 1 1/2 for burger with no meat really guys I will make sure to call corporate .
This Whataburger hits #1 for its cleanliness and customer satisifaction.Always smiling faces and wonder management working together to make sure you don't wait long for your food.Also if by chance something you ordered may take a few minutes longer somebody will let you know..this is a great aspect especially if you are running late to begin with..Whataburger on Georgia..You guys rock..keep up the great work and never loose those smiling faces..??
