Perfect for a late night dinner! Traveling through on our way home to Indiana! Food was hot and fresh….exactly what we ordered!

Onion rings are delicious. Sweet tea was delicious but the powerade was flat. And the item I asked them remove off my hamburger was still on it. It was clean and fast. We came from Denver and it was a good burger.

Lots of standing around talking, from the people in the front.! I’m sure even the manager was talking to the girls.! No greeting when we came through the front doors.! Got some eye rolling from the girl who had to go tell the back a something from my order.! And my husband specifically asked for no bacon and got bacon on his salad.! We eat from here a lot all over Texas and I have to say, this was the worst one in all of Texas.! We are from the RGV, much better down there.!

Went to the drive-thru. I asked for a medium shake; they said they are not able to make shakes right now. As I’m waiting for my food, I see them making 4 LARGE SHAKES! When I brought it to their attention they just apologized. This is absolutely not okay!!

We got a large on all three delicious meals size being very unintended and had we been asked about the upaizing and been made aware it would also be doubling our meal ticket... will be sure to specify that menu price and advertising preferred.

So, my husband was there this evening February 14th 2022 at approximately 8 pm. My husband stood behind a lady who was having some problems as she had broken her arm, and my husband and her had began talkingMy husband told her that he would pray for her in the name of Yahusha Ha Mashiach, and suddenly the so called manager comes up and gets all over my husband and informs him that they do not speak like that in their establishment. Well the last I heard we are living in a free country and live under the law of the constitution therefore having a freedom in religion and speech. I will never use this whataburger again. He was very rude as well to the other customers and this man needs to be demoted as he needs to brush up on his ppl skills I hope this is the right Whataburger. The one by Walmart supercenter. This fellow needs to work with a job that he isn't in actual contact with the public. I wish my husband had gotten his name. Bad etiquette in a country that claims loudly in GOD WE TRUST. POOR REPOIRE ID SAY.

I'm not going to lie, Whataburger is not my favorite place to eat. I also don't really see the big hype of it either. I do enjoy the Party Melt without the grilled onions, and their Whataburger burger. However they use mustard instead of Mayo, and I'm just the person who is the opposite. I know I can substitute one for the other, but I forget.

i love this place. however today we had to wait for a chicken sandwich to be out. in the meantime I believe they put my cheeseburger in the refrigerator while we waited. my food was very chilled. COLD! the cheese was not even melted. on the other hand the lettuce was very crisp. very disappointed today. there wasnt even a survey code at the bottom of my receipt.

We’ve always loved Whataburger, even though they screw up every order. (Check the bag before you leave!) You only forgot one order of fries this visit, but the medium onion ring was literally 2 big rings, 3 tiny ones, and a bunch of broken crap from the bottom of the bag. Very disappointing. This time also, the order taker put in “no lettuce” when the order placed was “lettuce only”. Luckily I cut my burgers in half, so I saw it before taking a bite! It was acceptable after I knocked off the mountain of onions,?but it still wasn’t what I asked for. Quite disappointing to see exactly opposite what you ordered. (And yes, witness verified it was ordered correctly) I understand you’re understaffed or whatever but if you’re going to be open, you need to do better. We have WB at least once or twice a week, so we were super excited when we saw you had opened back up. Maybe we’ll try it again in a few weeks to give you time to train your staff.
