Worst service ever! Manager, Rejeanay, shrugged off our 30 minute wait as "We've been behind all day". Instead of going in back and helping and motivating crew, she walked around doing nothing and set the poor example for the other staff, many of whom were also doing nothing while we waited. The food was great as usual, but the wait and attitude were horrid!!! I've never had such bad service at the many Whataburgers I've eaten at for years
If you get your food delivered and the drivers name is Nicholas Purcell you wont get your food and his number is not reachable he basically stole my food. Then when you call whataburger they cant do anything for 3-5 business day so now im hungry and out of $20 thanks to Nicholas Purcell if that is his real name definitely wasnt a real number to call.
Worst Whataburger in Texas!This Whataburger had no ketchup in my visit, and I had a Whataburger classic with cheese without cheese. I went to the counter, and they tried to fix it just adding a slice of cold cheese. The tea was hot and not sweet, and a guy was complaining loud about the fact they had the order wrong.
45th and western is horrible. Ismael Roman is the worst manager I've dealt with. he deserves to be fired and this whatajoke can get closed. he has no business managing kids or a business. his customer
It has been six months since I moved so it was my first Whataburger in a while. It was as delicious as ever. The young lady at the window was very sweet too. An A+ job.
Even during the middle of the day, this location was fast and friendly. My orders were made correctly and fresh. I was most pleased and have no problem recommending them. If I continue to get such results in future visits I will definitely give them 5 Stars. Good job, y'all!

Ordered two burgers and I'm still waiting for them 25 minutes later. The manager was in the office for about 15 minutes of that time and not a single order came out during that time. You can't leave a group of teenagers unsupervised or that will happen every time.They are doing a good job at being sneaky and clever over here though. I watched them bump off every order the moment they got it to hide their insanely long wait times from upper management.
Got onion ring full of grease and dark grease . Not cool for haveing to wait 40 or so mins.
Has taken over 30 minutes and we still don’t have our order. The 16 year olds working were too busy playing with cups and hitting each other instead of working. A man came up and asked for help with something and the kid workers fought about who was going to help him. Terrible service. Extremely disappointing will never be back at this location. Use the 10 minutes to drive up the rd to a better one.
