Great tea and atmosphere! Really makes you feel at home! Only small issue, if that kind of thing bothers you, is the fly that was brewing in the raspberry sweet tea vat on May 20th 10.28 am 2022. That was then subsequently poured into my tea which added tons of flavor and character! Definitely recommend!!!
2 years ago I would have rated love it!I used to go there everyday now only go once in a blue moon. Wish they would bring back some of their old flavors. Acai Mango was my all time favorite and now I have to mix two teas just to actually make a drink there I will drink other than the water. Most employees are nice and friendly. Only a very small few at each of the stores are unpleasant I have found.

Went there with my cousin, love the tea! They have flavored tea, decaf tea, since I can sleep if I drink caffeine tea, it's very flavorful, would recommend to anyone wanting tea or just clean water
Love that they carry the water for you especially if you have big 5 gallon jugs! Very nice people. I always get my water here.

Water still has the best tea the only thing is at this location the people that work the window at the drive-up are very hateful they act like it's just too much trouble for them to be there they don't offer you receipt they don't act like they're happy about being there and bring wait I don't think I'll ever go back to this one again
This place is the absolute best!! I rarely have to tell them what I want. Tyler, Charles, Ethan, Sandra, and Collin are fantastic!! They really brighten my day.
