So it’s really good pizza. Good enough to where once a week we get pizza from them. But here the past couple of times something was off. Like this most recent time they had put the pepperonis under the cheese which is something they never do and it’s not good because then the pepperoni don’t fully cook. And for some reason each week it gets more expensive. Like it use to be $48 for 2 14” and 1 12” but sometimes it’ll reach $60? Other than that it’s really good.
So good! About 30 years ago I was a waitress in Tucson at the best Italian restaurant in town. Every night we had a 30 minutes or longer wait. That was where I fell in love with manicotti! I look for manicotti everywhere that I have lived since leaving Tucson and rarely find it. I have driven by Vince's a million times and was going to try a pizza, when I was delighted to see they make manicotti! I ordered it and it was delicious! I mean lick the bowl delicious! I have found the needle in the haystack at Vince's. Real Italians making authentic and delicious food! I can't wait to try the other menu items! So good, super friendly and accomodating people too! I will be back regularly!
Two of the ladies were extremely rude. I have never been to this place and will never go now. They came out yelling at me when I parked in one of their spots saying i could not park there or there would call the police. That it was only for Vince’s pizza little did they know I was getting out and trying to go over to my friends car so we could go in there. DO NO GO HERE.
New York style pizza. Yes! ❤❤❤❤Fresh thin but soft crustb(perfect for folding), real tomato sauce (not paste), super cheesy, slightly greasy (from the teal cheese) and sprinkled with Italian herbs.I bought the 20 inch but they do have a 30'. Holy cow. Great for a large party.
Came to get a Gyro but wanted to try their other menu items. The gyros were good but the pizza was one of the worst little pizzas I’ve ever gotten. Just flavorless crust and sauce. Cheap toppings, looked like canned mushrooms. The wings were soggy. If I had only gotten Gyros I probably would have given 4 stars but based on the fact that it’s a pizza establishment and the pizza is that I just can’t do it. Had it not been for the Gyros would have been 1 star. I would return here but I wouldn’t order anything but a Gryo.
The best calzon n giros vince. Italian pizza in Amarillo Texas good food you need to tray it.
Pizza was good, family that runs the business is friendly and when you walk in you can feel the history this place has, would recommend people experience this place... only thing they need is to remodel the place make it feel more in the present
Wish we’d been here sooner. We’ve been missing out! Amazing pizza! Vince and the other man working were very friendly, patient, and welcoming. And it was clean and cozy. Very reasonable prices, too.
Made fresh daily the authentic way. Best pizza in Amarillo. Gyros are amazing as well
