Food was amazing! Service on the other hand was not. They are prepared for groups of 4 easily. But a group of 5 requires special accommodations because two tables must be pulled together and we ended up on the beautiful patio, in the corner, forgotten by the waitstaff.
Don't let the aesthetic fool you, this place serves up MEAN Italian dishes and some of the best palomas I've ever had. The free bread is great, the serving sizes are massive, and this place competes with some of the finest Italian establishments I've been too. They definitely need to work on ambience and decoration, as it feels like a glorified Chuck E Cheese, but the food will blow you away. If I lived in Amarillo I'd frequent here easily.
Loved this place! My husband and I went to try something new and it is very similar to Pescsraz, and I really enjoyed it. They have a great patio area, but we stayed inside because of the heat. The portions were huge for dinner and the service was amazing even with it being very busy. Their drinks looked so good as well! I would definitely recommend giving it a try!
Excellent food and fun drinks. Thanks for taking great care of the pub runners!
Wow! We were seated upon arrival. Had our drinks and fresh bread with in minutes! The food and service were top notch. Try the Valore Meat Pasta!!! Even I couldn't finish it. The Crab Cake Pasta is also ridiculously delicious!
I had their soup and salad option at the bar and loved the experience. First, the bread twists they brought were so fresh and HOT! In fact, all the food they brought was super hot, except the salad. The salad was cold like it should be. But the bread they serve is paired with, again, hot marinara sauce and is so good! I had the spinach and meatball soup which surpassed expectations. It had these little pasta balls in it, about the size of Kix cereal, and it was super tasty. The salad was good too and the barmaid was very friendly and helpful.
I heard so many good things about this place before I finally got over here. I came on a Sunday when they were having a $7 special for soup and salad. You could choose between Caesar salad and house salad. I chose the Caesar and it was wonderful, cold and crisp and plentiful. The dressing was delicious. The soup was obviously homemade, not something that came in a plastic bag to be microwaved like so many chain deli places. I came back the other day for another $7 special, a huge plate of baked spaghetti with a side salad which I chose Caesar again. I got a house wine which was a very generous glass of Cabernet to go with it and I could barely finish it. Oh yes, and their breadsticks are delicious. Service has been great both times. The place was crowded so I know I'm not the only one that likes it. I will keep coming back to try different things and I highly recommend it to others.
I’m in town for work and pick Valore because it was in walking distance of my hotel…I ordered the shrimp linguine with white sauce and it was very good! I also loved the breadsticks and marinara sauce that was given as an appetizer. I will definitely be back!
The first time I ate there I was not very impressed they had only been open just a couple of weeks..A few weeks have gone by since and I figured I would try it one more time and oh my gosh I am glad I did!! Everything was on cue.Server and service were awesome. Ambiance was great. Plating was beautiful..All in all a 10+. The lunch menu offers a good variety of choices too. Will most definitely return. Great job guys!!!
Great atmosphere; friendly, wide variety menu, excellent taste; I had the steak marsala
