First time coming to tropical smoothie. Ordered the Thai chicken wrap with no cilantro but the wrap ended up cilantro still on it which isn't a big deal. It was very delicious regardless of that cilantro.
The food taste really weird lately and the wait time have been longer then usual smoothie have been missing the Energizer and fat burner or it's not blended at all just huge chunks of the add on which taste gross bc it's suppose to be blended better
Flatbread and mango smoothie was good. Restaurant and bathroom very dirty. Staff very unprofessional. Cashier sitting on stool eating and taking orders. Other employees bring out orders , holding drinks next to their dirty clothing. No customer service!!!!!!
Georgia street sucks. They are always behind, they never make the smoothie correctly, if you order pick up in parking lot good luck. I’ve never once gotten it brought to my car and once you go to soncy location you realize what it SHOULD be

Amazing Environment poor service. I ordered 2 smoothies and didnt get my second one. When I asked again I got ignored?. Note if you are depressed with your job grow up and get another one?
I placed an online pick up order at 12:30pm on Saturday March 5th. It stated to me that the order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at 12:55pm and was told that my order was being worked on. After waiting for 20 minutes I was rudely told by a different employee that they never got my order. They did not offer any help and just walked away. Won’t be doing business here again.
The sandwich was burned the two sides . Just surprised that they still handed to me . I have to come back to return it because they didn’t do it right at the first time.
Three strikes and you are OUT! Today was the third time our office has ordered here and things were wrong.Our complaints have been met with “Well the food has already been made” or we were blamed for not ordering the right thing, even though the receipt matched what we ordered but the food did not.Today, I ordered a super green salad but was sent a super green wrap. There is a BIG difference when you can’t eat gluten. The receipt said salad. The whole office ordered, so the person who picked up did not realize there was a problem until things were divided up back here. I called and spoke with the manager whose excuse was that they are short handed.We will not be ordering there again.
What can I say I love the place. I can order no turbinado and it becomes a natural smoothie and I can choose this option for my kids. And the food is actually not bad. I went into a fruit and vegetable fast and still was able to order something not breaking the fast.
