Nice to see a bakery with some gluten free options. The cupcakes were very most and chocolaty.

I am regular I enjoy everything, I also bring my friends and they tell their friends etc . however lately Some of the staff lately just isn't very greetable and have their picks who they would want to socialize with. I will take my business else where and my friends and there's.

Miss Audrey who works here is the real MVP ❤️ As I was ordering from her over the phone for lunch, I asked about the flavors available for the fried pies being served that day and I said no thanks because they didn't have cherry (my favorite). When I came to pick up my order, there was a pie sitting there for me and another worker who handed me my order said that "Audrey knew you wanted a cherry pie and found one available and stuck it in your order". The fact that she remembered what was my favorite and made the effort to stick it in my order so that I could have one was so thoughtful! Thank you Audrey! You're the bomb! All the food and sweets are soooo delicious ? I had the Cheeseburger wrap and soup on the side...such a tasty lunch!

Ordered a letter cookie cake with a picture reference of one they had on their social media, colors blush and gold. Ordered this with plenty of advanced notice, called to revise to just add mint to the blush & gold color scheme (still with plenty advance notice) and picked the cake up today. The cake only had blush and a beige color, no mint and absolutely no gold. Will not order cakes from them again! Their cupcakes have always been my favorite, guess cakes are not their forte. Paid for the cake since I needed it for the day. Unfortunately, disappointed. Hopefully it tastes good…

Ineffective staff and Poor management make for terrible customer service. High prices for sub par food. Went because roosters next door was closed- big mistake. It used to be decent but seems it’s really gone downhill. Will definitely not be coming back.

A local recommended this place for dessert. Highly recommend! Service, desserts, and atmosphere were great! I got a mini canoli and a kiddie banana pudding ice cream. Both were delicious!

Food was delightful and they had a fun variety to choose from. The prices are higher, but not unreasonable for a specialty place. However, they ask for a tip after simply taking a couple cupcakes out of a display case. Just raise prices and wages so I can buy cupcakes without being asked to judge another's worth.

This bakery is excellent, with some of the best cupcakes I ever had. The dessert pizza puts everything to shame though... I can down entire bags of Walmart candy no problem, I can eat an entire box of Little Debbie's no problem, 2 bites of that dessert pizza and I had to set it down for a minute!It's a monster that I don't think was meant to be consumed by 1 person, but I am coming back for round 2!Only 1 critique, why put a tip system? I don't know how much the employees are paid, but just give them a raise. I don't mind paying a little more for these reasonably priced desserts, if it means I dont have to think about what the service is worth to me. I am tipping someone for handing me a cupcake... I have no idea how I am supposed to grade that, yet I feel responsible for keeping the employees fed because of it.

I just spent about $40.00 on fried pies at the Ruffled Cup. I ask to split them up 3 ways as I was taking some to my children. The lady informed me it would be $.45 for each additional container. I found this most upsetting and of poor taste. The fried pies are great, but I’ll not be purchasing anymore from this place.

I LOVE their treats but as of lately their customer service could use some major work. The last few weeks I’ve been there’s at least one employee who seems unhappy in general and rushing customers to choose cupcakes/cookies. The girl who served me a few days ago, barely spoke a word to me and ended up getting my order incorrect. When made aware of the mistake she simply stated she couldn’t fix the problem and said I would need to reorder and repurchase. I was so disappointed as I really love this place and go weekly with my kids to get special treats. This is not the first off putting circumstance I’ve seen as far as employee-customer interactions.
