My fiancé and I ate here for a late night sweet craving. I had a premium ice cream that was cheese cake flavor with sprinkles and a roasted marshmallow. My fiancé had the vegan ice cream with the monkey see monkey do mix-in. Both ice creams tasted pretty good. The concept of how the ice cream was made was quite interesting. Very different than most places that give scoops of ice cream, this place rolled the ice cream. The staff was very quick with making the ice cream and friendly. I would definitely recommend for anyone to come here I’d they’re in the mood for some ice cream that is differed than the traditional sonic or Dairy Queen.
Pretty expensive for what it is, but I guess it's the experience that counts? The ice cream was nothing to write home about. Don't go here if you're expecting fast service. It took about 30 minutes for us to even place our order...and then you have to sit down and wait for them to call your name and even begin making your order....which took another 15 minutes.

We Didn't have a satisfying experience. Owners may have a good concept at the beginning but doesn't spend on quality, cleanliness, service and value. Big waiting line, servers are good girls but don't have idea to work under pressure and look no one was on charge. Dirty tables, running out of donuts, waffles and even spoon...how can we eat ice cream with forks? Over price for what you get. Just look like a nice place but that is all.Definitely we won't come back!
This might be the worst dessert place I've ever ordered from. Delivery ice cream in the middle of winter shouldn't be that difficult. But oh boy, Sweet Charlie's didn't get that memo. What we ordered was two tall Charlie's. What we got were two incredibly messy to go containers with holes in the bottom full of melted ice cream on waffles. None of which were good. We won't be back, probably ever. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go in Amarillo.
Great place. Sure a little slow but lots of customers and 6 employees going full speed.Really enjoyed the ice cream. The country music needs to change to something better, like anything else would be better.
The wife and I like to come here to wrap up date night on the weekends. The ice cream is delicious! They have been pretty busy everytime we've been so there's a bit of a wait, but the staff has been pleasant everytime.
It's a great concept, but poorly operated. Pretty much everything was very frustrating and the cashier was extremely rude. They accept cash, but don't have change? And the spoons break off, into your ice cream. Again, frustrating.
We ordered through door dash and our dasher was there and she left because it was taking to long and I called to see if something went wrong and the guy said I’m the only one working and I’m slammed and I was super nice and after he said that he hung up on me. EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
