We have not been to Subway in some time as the last time we went it was awful. I am not impressed with the so called "New Items." While some might be actually be new, others just seem to be the same thing just named differently or it is just another way to make the same sandwich. I am also not happy with the price of everything. Subway has gotten crazy expensive. They don't even offer that many vegetables or high quality items for some of the prices they charge. I will say however, the food we got this time tasted much better than it has in a while. All the people that got a sandwich said it tasted better than it did, but they put less vegetables than normal. I got a protein bowl, and it was good, but I am not sure what the difference is between that and a salad with meat in it because it did not have a lot of meat or other vegetables. It was mainly lettuce. So yes, it is better, but for the price and such it is still okay.

They were slammed with customers and still kept their cool withba smile. I helped make them laugh to keep the morale up.

Never go to the south Washington Street location. The bread was doughy and their lettuce was brown! And the young man behind the counter was rude. He acted like I was inconveniencing him by wanting lunch!

I ordered online for a curbside pick up. When I arrived I was informed my order couldn't be made because of lack of supplies and was offered alternatives, but I requested a refund due to picky eaters. The individual was quick to contact a manager and made sure I got a refund for my order. I will return due to great customer service.

The manager at the western & hillside is very unprofessional and I left my order behind and took my business elsewhere. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Will never go there again and I will encourage everyone else do the same .

Very good place just need to cook the bacon a little bit longer

The lady took way to long to make sandwiches. All of my topping on both sandwiches were missing, And both were not toasted. When I tried to call back to let the store know, nobody answer. I called multiple times. Do not recommend.

I visited this Subway last night around 8:45 pm. They were really busy at the drive up and in the lobby as well. I went into the lobby. I had to wait a little longer than usual to order, because there were several people in front of me with multiple sandwiches. I was not in a hurry, so not a big deal. I have to give kudos to the young woman who was in charge. She made sandwiches for the drive up, lobby, and online customers, kept all the orders straight, all while answering questions from the three or four people she had in training. She never lost patience with the indecisive customers or her employees. Then she gave me a discount because I had to wait despite my telling her it was no problem. She was a natural as manager, and any employer would be lucky to have her. (And no, I don't know her, but I wish I had caught her name). AND my sandwich was great!
