Ordered for delivery I was missing my 2 cookies and coke which I was charged for. Called the store talked to an employee and was told oh we told the dasher we were out of cookies. Umm okay and my coke oh I don't know let me let you talk to a manager. Manager gets on the phone says oh was this placed thru door dash no I went the the subway.com. Can I get a refund please oh I'm sorry your going to have to go thru door dash. Door dash didn't charge my card subway did. Really disappointed. The employee said they were out of cookies then why not refund me my money..

Dude when you order with double the meat please follow through. Just because we are ordering via app for pickup does not mean you cheat the customer out what they paid for. Also please corporate of you read this please work on your employee customer service skills. We are paying for food, if your company wants no customer interaction than create a robotic sandwich making system so your employee ha e to Interact.

Twice in 1 week I tried to make an order. First I was at the store. Girl was sitting on the counter. Said I had to order online. 2nd time I was outside the store and tried to place an order to explain what I wanted. She said no orders on the phone. 2 different stores. Seems Subway doesn't want to sell products. I told both of them to stick it.

This place is extremely slow. Worker said they are to busy to take our order and they are closing soon (1 hour to close). Never have cookies.
People working there need to learn how to cook their bread properly. It isn't that hard. Also to the girl working behind the counter, don't mouth off to the customers.
I order online to this subway frequently! They don't read your note on your order. I specifically ask for my salad to not be chopped up, they still chop it up, I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap on Monday and asked for avocado on it, there was no avocado and no pepper. Now mind you I was charged for the avocado. Today I order online and I ask for pepper jack cheese they put American cheese! Wth subway!!!!! I call up there to explain all this to them the girl hangs up on me. I call back and ask for the other girl that works there but they were too busy. Not happy!
