Terrible customer service! I prepaid for my drink, including the extra $ on the app for my creamer. When I arrived to pick up these creamer naizs said I would have to pay extra.1. If you made the drink properly this wouldn't and issue2. Make it the WAY I ordered it regardless, who the hell are you and do you really think Corp Starbucks is gonna appreciate your mistreatment of a customer and never again will we be going to this location over creamer???Your already charging me 5 dollars for ice and shots. Put the GD creamer in!!Shame in this location. ? Starbucks in TX need to learn.
This is one of my absolute favorite Starbucks locations in town for several reasons. 1- in and out, they're always on top of orders and correctly get them completed. 2- The staff is honest and not overtly pushy or weirdly super happy like some coffee places can be. Like I feel comfortable walking in and wanting to try a new drink without fear of any employee rushing me or judging me for not knowing what I want within 2 seconds of standing at the line.
this is gross , clean your ovens or start giving discounts to customers, i used to work at a starbucks and we had to clean the ovens everyday. plus ik customers get annoying but maybe talk to your baristas about rushing people at the drive and just overall being more polite .
Slowest drive through ever. If you have anywhere to be that day put your order in the day before, and don't go through the drive through
Fast, friendly, a little pricey but good products.
I love this location! They are always friendly, quick, and the quality is always the best!
