Out of all the Starbucks here in amarillo, this one is the BEST . everyone is super friendly and accommodating. The drinks are always made right to order . The gentlemen they have working the window are so nice. Shout out to Seth ! Please take the time and check out this Starbucks! You won’t regret it ?
Went through the drive through at 0730 and was greeted by a young woman named Ashley. Service was very quick and coffee was sooo good. Props to Ashley for having such positive energy in the early morning. She was awesome. Will come here again!
Been going there in the evenings this summer to work on my laptop, and the lobby is not too busy. Only a few people. The night baristas at this location.... Yikes. I had to leave. Screaming and running around, so loud. Even with my earbuds in I couldn't work. Has happened many times at this one. I don't think they realize how loud they get, or care.
As an avid lover of all things coffee, I typically stick to the local coffee joint anytime I’m traveling to have a new experience or to just spend my money on a more local level, yet this was the closest coffee shop to me while I was visiting town, I have to say, it was overall a great experience. We noticed the line was fairly long and had time to park and sit for a bit.The staff was very friendly, greeted me with a smile, helpful and welcoming. The place was clean, our lattes were delicious and we had a wonderful experience.This is definitely a larger Starbucks and bet this would be fun to have a larger group or study session.
This Starbucks was a little disappointing, and it takes a lot for me to say that. I love Starbucks. But my Triple Venti Caramel Macchiato with extra caramel drizzle was sorely lacking. For one thing it wasn't really hot, just warm. I like my coffee hot. I could taste the extra espresso, but I couldn't even taste the normal amount of caramel that should be in a macchiato, much less any extra. I thought maybe it was all at the bottom of the cup since the coffee wasn't hot, but it wasn't. It was just overall very disappointing, especially for the cost of their coffee.

Would give it 0 if I could. My first drink tasted like sewer water and the remake had black curly hair inside of it they said it was my hair butI have dark blonde straight hair and it’s impossible for my hair to get inside a flat lid

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. It’s not even the drinks that set them apart, it’s the sincerity and kindness of the staff. One person, Emily in particular was so sweet. I was taking an exam here and let them know before hand that it might be 10 pm on the dot before I leave and to apologize in advance but I would not stay later. They were genuinely nice about this which made me wanna get out of there as quickly as possible. It was 10 on the dot and Emily approached me and I thought I was gonna be told to leave so I apologized but they insisted they make me a drink on house and wished me a safe drive. To the staff and Emily, thank you. You have no idea that this small act of kindness made me have a much better day. Bless y’all, truly.
