Amazing customer service! This is the place to visit in Amarillo for coffee! The new manager and her team have really done a great job of creating a fast paced and pleasant drive-thru experience!
They ran out of large cups in Amarillo but they sold my wife two smalls for the same price. Staff seemed very nice despite all the set backs and other customers not understanding the situation.
I went through the drive through and the service there was amazing. The guy that took our order, was so filled with the holiday spirit and happy to serve us. It was reallya great experience.
This place used to be great. It was clean, fast and not a bad place to hang out. It seems since they remodeled (cutting the dine in area down to one table for 4 and a few tables for 2) they've gone downhill fast. They are usually out of several items, a few of the employees have been rude or too busy to be nice and I have had to return my coffee on 3 separate occasions because it tasted like water with some milk in it. I hate to see this, but it's probably a good thing for our local coffee shops
Austin was very kind and funny. It was my first time there. I will definitely be back. Awesome job Austin
I love this Starbucks I go every day and I probably spend about 200 a month here I love the worker's but my favorite is Austin he makes me feel like I'm his favorite customer he always takes the time to ask how I am how my family is I just love him to death he deserves a raise he is an asset to this store thank you
Pros: protein menu items and that skinny vanilla latte with 6 pumps. Mmmm... Cons: prices at this chain are high. Flies in the cafe.
Real nice and friendly employees and fast. Service.
Stopped here on our way out of Amarillo. I was greeted right when I walked in. The barista that rang me up was INCREDIBLY sweet. She asked how my day was going and when I told her I was on vacation she asked me where I was going and even suggested a place to visit. The team was very busy, but everyone was on point. As a former partner (11.5 years), I was very impressed with this location and am so glad I stopped in to buy my TX mug here! ?Edit to add: Maegan was the barista who rang me up.She must have been the ssv on duty because she was running the show beautifully!!
The place is never very clean and the workers have the attitude that I'm should be grateful that they are just taking my order. The store on Coulter is far better and a joy to go to.
