Quoted for 10mins. If you didnt order online or order whatever the store special of the time, they will NOT meet this time. I understand the demand, but when there is a large team but somehow get outperformed by a solo operation at a different store on actual item prep time, that says alot. Felt as if i was skipped over.No store-front drama with me, i will take the $4 loss to get back to work and just choose to give my future money to the other stores. This place is best ONLY with a mobile setup.
Got the worst Iced Matcha Latte I've ever recieved from Starbucks! I came to this Starbucks earlier Tuesday of this week and recieved a very good Matcha Latte, today on Thursday I came through and recieved the worst quality drink Ive ever recieved! The matcha powder was not fully incorporated into the milk and was clumpy. I believe this drink was made incorrectly. Otherwise great service.
Stopped here for breakfast on the way to the airport. Not the biggest, nicest or cleanest Starbucks, but they had what I wanted and the service was good. The employees have great camaraderie and professionalism.
This location use to be my favorite and I was regular but I haven't been impressed with the bad staff they have as employees including this location always out of things and lastly the last staff they had for awhile has been good always made my drink right but now the drinks aren't the best . I go to another location now
This was actually my very first experience in a Starbucks. I ordered two coffees--one hot with triple espresso, and one cold for later. Both were very good. The one thing I did not care for was the prices... Wow! I'm going to have to take out a second mortgage AND sell a kidney to keep coming here. [Honestly, if anyone wants to help support my newfound addiction, I know a good transplant team....] ???
After moving here from Dallas I can see a distinct difference between locations in the attitudes of staff, the taste of the drinks (training issues) and lack of ambiance that makes Starbucks famous. The thing most noticeable is lack of teamwork and no visible management. I never get the same tasting drink between 3 locations: 2 stores and a inside United Supermarket. All different. One location had no available restrooms. The indoor locations do not support the Starbucks App.
Everyone always has an attitude as if the customers are inconveniencing their lives, it's so frustrating to catch an attitude EVERY time. They make delivery drivers wait extra time and just "don't know" *shrug* if the order is ready.. (don't even look) because what an inconvenience I am as a customer. Lol. Worst location.
I get vanilla latte just about every day. Wasn't satisfied with coffee today. Didn't felt like coffee was mixed, nor sweet. Felt as if I was drinking warm unmixed milk. They're kind to remake, I'm too tired to go back!
I just went to the store at 2335 S Georgia St in Amarillo TX and had the longest wait time I've ever experience at a Starbucks. I ordered a grande Caramel Bruleé Latte and waited over 40mins and left empty handed because I couldn't wait any longer. I'm traveling and need to get back on the road. I'm frustrated that I just paid and waited for nothing. It would have been nice to know an approximate wait time before ordered if they are struggling to keep up with demand. They looked very well staffed, so I really don't think that was the issue. I've been to several Starbucks with long lines, and never had to wait that long and leave with nothing because I couldn't continue to wait. This experience was extremely disappointing.
