I ordered some food I did it for delivery so then I looked on the receipt it says for pickup only, so I called the store to have it delivered the Lady that answered the phone said that I had to go pick it up I told her that I needed it delivered cause I don't drive for Medical Reasons so I asked for a refund she said ok but I still have not received it after 15 days. What do I need to do to get the refund??
Quality was on par for a typical Sonic but very long wait in the drive thru

Pretty good food but no pubic restrooms
Service is usually really good, drinks are good, however I wish they would not add flavor to drinks first or stir them up, taking that first big drink and it is all flavoring is not good. Food is good most of the time, would be nice if corporate could come up with a better container to put chili dogs in, hate pulling it out of package and 1/2 of toppings are stuck to it
When its fresh its delicious but that doesn't happen very often it is hit and miss.

Food was nice and hot. Please bring back the original straws though. These new ones are flimsy and not wide enough for a shake. Total disappointment
food was hot and the drinks were cold. Didn't have to wait for an extended time like some other Sonics I've been to. Great job
