Let me start off by saying that I love Sonic. However, this location is the worst! I placed a simple order today and waited about 30+ minutes to receive my food. When I got home I was disgusted with what I received. My fries and tots were hard, brown, and cold and my burger was cold and soggy! This is not the first time I received food in this condition from this location. If the manager/owner is reading this, please stop selling your customers bone-dry tots/fries!!! Just throw the old ones out for crying out loud! How can food that took 30 minutes come back looking like it sat under a heat lamp all day?! Gross! Very dissapointed with this Sonic.
Used the app to order ahead, just a drink. I had add-ons in my drink, and they were a bit light with them. Usually this Sonic makes my favorite drink perfectly, maybe it was just an off day.
I love coming here every morning to get my coke! Sonic has the BEST cokes in the city...in my humble opinion ?
Was dining here because of tater tots. Depends on which Sonic you go to the food and service are worlds different.
They where out of items I ordered online, then all the food was cold and the chili cheese fries where disgusting. Poor customer service.
If it's not hair in your food it's bread ties. So tired of getting nasty things in my food I will not recommend Sonic
Not very good. Half the order didn't come and the stuff we did get was soggy and a sort of slap together of left over ingredients, kinda like a Frankenstein burger
Got a cheese burger no cheese no meat. Hard Tator tots and old nasty fries. This store just keeps getting worse. They need new management and employees
Good service and got the order right! That says alot these days! I tipped the car hop accordingly, I hope. That would be hard work, esp with jerks these days!
What an awful meal. I had the chicken strip meal, and the whole thing was cold and yes that's how the toast came to me, threw the whole meal it in the trash.
