I think they use too much mustard on the kid's wacky pack burger but then again I don't like mustard. Not all of my opinion are worthwhile. However! I do believe that the sonic franchise needs to fine tune their tattertot (wow I think I spelled that wrong and autocorrect has no desire to help me and I can't google it because I'm leaving a google review so my apologies) but the shredded potato clumps that y'all deep fry... the timing and/or temp is off. Sometimes the tots are great, sometimes they just make me sigh. Sometimes y'all serve tots that taste like a potato chip pretending to be a crouton. And the skimpy chili y'all offer does not soften the situation much. Tater tot? Tater tot? Oh NOW it works ? two words one T got it.

I have always gotten Super Sonic Breakfast burritos and everytime I have come to this location they are made wrong. When I called today the manager only wanted to give me a small tot to be able to make the burritos correctly myself. Very unsatisfied with the way this location is ran
When you order any flavor slush here, you’ll get just white sugar water with a semblance of maybe kinda-sorta “flavor.”
Sonic has really gone down hill and continues to do so. Every once in a while we will give them a try again. We usually just order drinks and side items. We ordered tater tots and cheddar peppers. The tots were coldish as if they sat for a bit. The peppers were actually hot and tasted decent. The drinks weren't good, they charged for each syrup (which they have not always done), and there was way too much syrup. I ordered a sugar free syrup from the menu with a tea because the tea has gotten worse, and this time, it was horrific. They have gone from not putting enough syrup in the drinks to putting way too much. Everything just taste old like it sits for a while before we get it. I will say the staff was friendly, at least. We will try again next time.
We ordered a #3 mayo lettuce tomato onion and pickle and ABSOLUTELY NO MUSTARD, a jr burger, medium chocolate shake and a medium sauced chicken. Got the the window about 30 mins later to get charged almost $22 and we was missing the chicken and the Jr burger. The gal at the window said I had only ordered lettuce and tomato only. Strange because the #3 burger had mustard tomato onion and pickle. No 2nd party of meat or BACON, nomayo or lettuce. So I told her id eat the burger but make his right. 10 mins later we get his burger and chicken. Btw they weren't short staffed to say the least. There was atleast 6 people inside when I was at the window.
I get a french vanilla ice cream coffee from this place every morning it's exactly the same consistency is perfect service is spot on and you know what most the time there's not a line and if there is it's going faster than Chick-fil-A
Quick good meal and it's even better and cheaper on the app. Use the app and it's happy hr all day long!
I went through the drive through and waited 4min for the hostess to take my order then I sat another ten minutes to get to the window there was only two cars ahead of me I finally got to the window and paid for the junior burger I ordered where I waited another 10 minutes to finally get my order. The burger was cold the hostess was rude. Will never use this restaurant again.
We're have been to the sonic on Gem Lake Road 4 times now. I ordered a cherry limeade each time. Not a single time was a cherry or lime in my limeade.
