Order with the App for faster service and can get 1/2 half on drinks. App has specials posted for other menu items that can be ordered. Menu items are listed by categories hamburgers, chicken, hot dogs, breakfast and kud menus. Menu for ice cream items, shakes, sundaes, or other dessert options. Employees are courteous from ordering to delivery of food at your vehicle or one of their tables.There is an employee consistently cleaning the surfaces, tiding the area for cleanliness and emptying the trash receptacles placed around the business for trash to be placed in after getting the food order.
I have never had an issue with this sonic. They are the typical sonic drive through. Not above and beyond, yet not below. The food is still of standard.
Even though they were busy service was amazingly fast! Food is good and order was right. Great job!
I ordered on the app and I waited 27 minutes for 3 drinks and a corn dog. It would have been longer, had I not flagged down a carhop. When I brought it to the managers attention, he asked if there was anything else I needed. I don't usually go this Sonic, and I doubt that I will be back anytime soon.
Hit or miss usually at sonic. This one was a miss. Just rude. I understand being busy or frustrated but if your manager doesn't alow for the crew to be relieved some during thos times they either don't know how to schedule or train properly. Don't take it out on customers.
Rude. Very argumentative. Also unsafe food wise. They gave wrong size tots they brought me tge right size yanked the other container from my hand and took the food back inside .. Im pretty sure thats against health codes. But i refuse to go back to this sonic even though its closest.
When you ask for extra cherries and they charge you for them and when you get home you only find one Cherry in your cup is a disappointment ?. It has happened numerous times at different locations. So now I order them on the side!
Fast friendly service good burgers but not into this new patty they switched to, it tasted better with the thin one. This one taste like school lunch burgers.
Let's be real, there is no reason at 3:05pm for sonic to take over 9 minutes to make a #1 combo.... It's litterally your #1... A cheese burger?? Did the car hop apologize, give an explanation, did a manager come out or come over the speaker... NOPENo one cares that it takes over 9m to get a simple burger.Btw I gave 2 stars because I havw yet to try the foob but I will give the benefit of the doubt that it's good.
Food was good, but worst customer service I've had. Lady taking my order was not polite. She said well what do you want fries or tots in a rude tone. Then still got my order wrong. If you are unhappy working there just quit.
