I do believe the time of evening had alot to do with the great service ..I arrived at or around 8:30 and talk about quick service..awesome. Everything was just as I ordered it and tasted great. The car- hop was very friendly so got tipped extra good. And for a first..did not have to ask for napkins or ketchup because it was already in the bag..The food was fresh and hot..Wonderful improvements from one of our hometown Sonics..Keep it up guys and hopefully the other ones will follow your lead.???
Today NOT Very Good at All, because i order a uber and my food came out 20 seconds before my uber driver pulled up, i quickly gave a $5.°° cash tip on top of my $25.+ food order and i went to pick up my bag and three inches off off the table the bag ripped right in the middle spilling all my fries and half of my jalapeno poppers do I have it quickly Salvage what I could my two sandwiches it was left of my jalapeno poppers to get in my Uber real quick so I can come home which really really sucked so they definitely need better bag's.
Hi my name is Michael Lyman I've worked for this company but when I worked thier there was no sandwiches like the one I got tonight I do believe the cooks name was Aubrey I asked for it personally and the food was horrible do not ever eat here the car hop had attitude the whole time so not eat here I would never pay for another sandwich again eating here
Literally ordered a breakfast toaster sandwich with bacon just a few minutes ago. I even looked up to make sure I didn't order it wrong. A breakfast toaster doesn't come with lettuce. And I cannot just take it off it's melted in the cheese. I'm very disappointed. And the girl only window taking the order was not nice or friendly or welcoming, honestly the first time having that problem at this Sonic Location because it's normally always great.
Went through the drive thru our order was correct. But the burgers was warm at best not close to being hot the fries was cold and not in anyway fresh.and our soda's was just a cup full of ice with little soda added. And no the restaurant was in no way busy at most 3 customers.
Not sure what the problem is but every time I order mozzarella sticks or the jalapeño poppers they always forget this marainera sauce and ir the ranch sauce. I always have to press the button to ask for it even if I stated before while order not to forget the sauce. It's still not in my bag. This is very frustrating.
We ordered a bunch of drinks, what we got was mostly right. Thats alright though, we all have our off days. It may have been our fault for not being more clear in what we wanted. Who knows.
The person that took our order was rude as hell. Got my order all wrong. I won't be back to this location ever again. They ran out of Tea and they said they're not making any more. It was 8:00 . So I'll take my business to a different Sonic location. This isn't the first time they've been rude.
Ordered some popcorn chicken in the drive through just now, and it was absolutely awful. The oil it was fried in was so old that the chicken literally tasted dirty.Certainly not coming back to this location again.
Waited at drive tbrpugh for 14 minutes no awnser . no customers ahead of me . then took 20 minutes to make tator tots . 3 cars after me drove off
