Ok folks. Lets talk food first, it is seriously so so good. It makes Caines look like an amateur food truck. Seriously thay good. But what topped it off for me was the guy taking orders, running the register, and bringing the orders out all on his own. I'm guessing the cooks were shaking and baking because food was great but i couldn't see them. What I did see was a girl worker sitting at a table, coloring. And was there pretty much the whole time. Idk what her position is so im just good leave that one alone. 10/10 recommend this!
Food is pretty good most of the time ( when the order is correct ) the service is absolutely the worst. This is my first visit in over 8 months due to a bad customer service experience and it is still the same terrible service. Sad because I used to eat there 2-3 times a week…
Great food & the service has always been very good! Can start getting alittle pricey if you like alot of sauce, (Charged per sauce container) but otherwise very good location ?
No comparison to the other well known Texas chicken place. The chicken was cooked nicely but could have used a bit more seasoning. Sandwich could have used more sauce. The Ranch Chips are an inspired idea but again needed more ranch seasoning.
We loved coming here. Now, not so much. The service is lacking and usually missing items from our order. Also, while going inside for forgotten items, I see their Health score... We'll start going elsewhere. I hope they get back on track.
It's fast food, but the food is good and always served fresh and hot. I love the different sauces they have. I love hot stuff so the inferno sauce is awesome I think. I definitely recommend this place.
Stopped in for a late dinner. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly and prompt. The chicken tenders were hot, juicy and flavorful. I tried the dessert-in-a-jar thing, brownie flavor, and it was good - although you need to stir it up at some point or you’ll wind up with a bunch of dry ingredients at the bottom.
Tenders were good. Wings just ok in my opinion. Staff was very nice. Would try the sandwiches, if i returned
The food is great here. I’ve been several times and tried a few different menu items. You won’t be disappointed.
Used to be great, not sure what happened. Maybe new management ? Inside was dirty trash and food all over floors and tables. Had to ask for fresh fries due to the ones we were served being too hard to bite. Then while eating ,clorox chemicals were sprayed on tables and salt/pepper containers around us made eating a bit uncomfortable.Then I found a eyelash while eating my food, so that unfortunately killed my appetite right then and there. They used to be clean and it felt nice after eating but just left grossed out and feeling meh. Hope they can get customer service and cleanliness back up.
