$130 for 3 salads!! STAY AWAY! Worst costumer service. Especially Jackie. We are in the middle of a cross country move. We stopped near this location and accidentally ordered for pick up. I immediately called the store, admitted my mistake and requested to change the order to a delivery. I was told by Jackie to call the 1 800 number and there was nothing that they could do. Then Jackie suggested that we cancel the order and then reorder under delivery. I agreed. When the food arrived we only received half our order. I called back to request the rest of the order, Jackie answered.I was then told the reason the order was messed up was because I made 2 orders, which was what they originally told me to do. She then continued to ask if i was sure i only received 1/2 my order. Yes I am sure. They said they would remake the missing food, but we never received it. The door dasher said she would go back to deliver the missing food and she never did. We finally drove to them, only to be told by Jackie that they were closing and we needed to come back tomorrow. When we asked where our food was we were told a worker took it home. The first order was never canceled and ultimately we ended up paying $130 for 3 salads. STAY AWAY!
The original is the best sandwich
The worst sandwich I have ever had. Ordered the calzone and it was more like a folded over muffuletta. The calzone was not built well at all. It just had some round stacks of the meat plopped all in one spot with a little bit of cheese under the meat. So 2/3 of the sandwich was just bread and the meat occupied 1/3 in one spot. You should people how to build this sandwich or stop making it please. I have eaten at Schlotzsky's number one and that's a real sandwich. My wife got an original small. And she said it was great so it is not necessarily your products it is inability to make a calzone that is marketable. So disappointing. If I got my money back from every piece of junk that these little places sell I'd be a rich man you owe me $10 and some change. And the chips were not crispy.

Janet the manager is extremely rude. So much has changed since the Stitt’s used to run this place. It was excellent back then, but is awful now. They need to think about how they treat customers.
Just wanted to leave a review to brag on Ant. He is absolutely amazing and his customer service really makes us love this place! I cant say enough good things about him! We will be coming back as much as we can as long as he is here! Hes my favorite(: thing about schlotzkys and thats saying alot because the sandwhiches are great!
Just be aware of a scam this store is pulling on people. If you order water with a to-go order, and they give you a paper cup with a lid, they charge you $2.29…for water! Make sure you get a clear plastic cup, which is free, as it should be. I know the Amarillo stores were sold to a new owner a couple of years ago, and I can tell you the previous owner would NEVER have done this! To the new owner, I guess you need to be reminded there are several other sandwich shops for customers to choose from and you are NOT making any points with this kind of policy!
12/19/21 12:40: We ordered ORIGINAL sandwiches. A teensy tad of meat and a TON of mustard was what we received. I guess mustard is taking the place of meat here. This is outrageous for the price and for your staff to not even make your signature sandwich correctly is ridiculous! Used to be a good sandwich for the price, not anymore for the teeny, slim slivers of meat.
The smoked brisket and cheese sandwich was utterly incredible. I am in love with this new experience for me. Friendly, fast, and clean. Prices are higher than comparable sandwich shops, but the food also seems more filling. Highly recommended. ?
Manager very rude. Wanted to blame sandwich screw up on cashier. She had it correct on ticket. Kitchen didn't read.
