Still the best spot for taco tuesday!! And Rosa's has the best steak fajita burrito in the land!! Consistent AF!!

I can’t believe how fast the food was ready! Everything was very tasty. I got the bean and cheese tostada and the taco salad with chicken fajitas. Very good, specially for a fast food place. I really like the typical Mexican theme they have going on.

Sopapillas were very good. Condiments bar was impressive.and the decor was cute!

Delicious breakfast tacos! Nice salsa and condiment bar! Good coffee for .99 with choice of good creamers & real half and half. Attractive decor, comfortable. Only reason 4 stars instead if 5 is ourorder didn't make it too kitchen so had to bring it to their attention (and another customer, a local who orders 2 - 3 times a week for a work crew, said that's a common problem).

I deducted a star because the menu board is literally right by the road so cars have to sit IN the street while waiting which blocks traffic. We ordered an enchilada plate and a burrito plate with two slices of chocolate/pecan cake ($4 each!). The slices are huge so I don't feel too bad about that, and the chocolate has pecans in it. Super good! I have to hope they just happened to have everything on tap because as soon as we drove to the window they handed everything to us. Then took payment. I was kind of shocked at just how fast it was but the food was hot and delicious. It didn't taste old at all. My family was full and happy, all I can ask for!

Food was absolutely amazing! The chicken fajita plate was exquisite and the Tortillas were warm, fluffy and 100% amazing! There was a slight mix up with an order but it was quickly resolved.

Usually love Rosa's. The food and service are good. But this last time, I asked for chicken tacos and got beef, which I don't like. It was just okay. Chicken is way better than the beef. Ha

Was very disappointed in our vist. We ordered a deluxe Mexican plate. They ran out of tamales and no guacamole. They let us substitute for no tamales. The tostato look like broken hard taco shells. While in drive through the cashier was eating hot cheetos and drinking chocolate milk. We to to this location all the time. Seem like they didnt want to be there. Also the tortillas were rolled up and squshed together.

Good fast food the tortillas are so soft and delicious. My fajitas were very good tender meat with nice seasoning. My wife had the enchilada plate with three enchiladas it was pretty good but not their best item on the menu. Overall I would recommend Rosa's.

Went to Rosa’s on a Friday, New Years Eve, at lunchtime to eat while driving through Amarillo. We got there around 12pm and did not have a wait to order. This was my first time to eat here, and I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. When you get there you order off a menu board similar to ordering at any fast food restaurant, which did scale my overall rating down some. Ordering this way is faster and does cut down on the staffing overhead for the venue, but does make the overall experience less than a dining out feeling. The prices were standard and weren’t that expensive compared to other similar places out there. The staff were please T but I did feel rushed to make my selection since there was only one cashier working. After ordering they give you the beverage take away cup for you to fill at the beverage station. You are given a number on your receipt and when your number comes up on the various places tv monitors around the seating area, you proceed to pick up your order from a serving window outside of the kitchenOn a plastic tray. The venue did have a salsa bar that was well stocked and clean, but did lack options that were not spicy. They did not have but 1 option that was not spicy, even the pick de gallo was hot, which was disappointing. The food was really good, definitely fresh and was served hot. The tortillas are made on site and you can watch them making them through a window as you prepare your fountain drink. The tortillas (flour) served with our meal were hot but extremely chewy and weren’t cooked all the way through. Typically in this type of restaurant you are given sapodillas complimentary, but they did not offer any type of complimentary option. You could buy chocolate cake, carrot cake, or sapodillas at the menu board upon entering and ordering. All in all the food was good, service was fast, dining area was clean, and we had a nice lunch. If asked if we’d be back, the answer in short is yes.
