Every time I visit Amarillo, I make it a point to go to Roosters for their signature goat cheese salad. Best salad Ive ever eaten! Atmosphere is a comfy and casual lunch spot. Everything looks so wonderful there, but I can’t get past this terrific salad long enough to try something else.
They have the best food!!
The mushroom chicken melt was fantastic. I got it with a side of green chili corn chowder and it was very smooth and had a nice flavor to it. Even the chips were delicious! One of my favorite restaurants now. Worth the price.
