I really hate to say it, but last night is the last time my wife and I will be visiting or ordering here. Our last three orders/visits has been worse than the time before. Going by other reviews it would seem our once favorite establishment is on it's way out the door. We order our normal which is a massive family pack. No toast what so ever, missing two of our large family sides, the two sides we did receive were in single tiny sauce cups. The sausage wasn't even cooked and was ice cold in the middle. The ribs were bland, un seasoned, and not even cooked completely. There wasn't even a smoke ring on the very small and inedible meat that was on the bones. It was almost like it was heated up and slathered in sauce. The pulled pork was unseasoned and the portion was very very small. The only thing out of the whole order that was good was the chicken. Last time we visited to sit down it took forever to get seated and a drink order to happen. Almost 30 minutes to get 3 waters w/ lemon. The staff and kitchen staff look less than thrilled to be there. This place needs a serious overhaul and some people that take pride in their food, because just like the season on the food, their pride is just not even there.

The Amarillo restaurant was clean and the staff were nice. My father, husband and myself went to eat on Tuesday June 28th. We had come from another restaurant that 100% ignored us and we were starving. The girl who took our order was super sweet and friendly. She did an excellent job. I didn't get her name but she was so nice. We ate at this location around 8pm. The food was good and hot. The ribs were tender and well cooked. We got our ribs Okie style. Thanks for having such a great staff. We will be back.

Ordered "The Dirty Deed" and I felt like I got the dirty deed done to me. The whole plate was room temperature and the meats were tasteless and the BBQ sauce did not help it at all. I have been to many BBQ joints and this place failed miserably. Trust me and avoid this BBQ joint but go ahead if you like disappointment.

Maybe 4 tables were filled when we came in we had to wait 15 mins to be seated. Another 10 for drinks then I ordered a watermelon margaritas and she brings out mango. Another 15 mins go by and still no ordering food still had received the margarita. The table was extremely sticky also. The kitchen staff had long hair with no nets or hair ties in. The waitress kept touching there hair while delivering food to the other tables. Would rather give no stars but I can't

Good price. Tasty dinner...needed bit more salt on the meats but it was good still.

I love this place the staff were very nice and helpful and the food is always great and I will always come back and our waitress was very happy and made sure we had our drinks refilled and that we were okay and my husband liked that so it was an awesome date night.???

We waited for over an hour when they are not even busy. When we got our food, we did not have forks and napkins and we asked for them. A few minutes later, she was asking for orders from the neighboring table, then I saw her come back to serve their drinks. Then I thought she will bring our forks but instead I saw her doing something near the other table so I told my husband that maybe she forgot. He went to ask for it then I heard her telling my husband that she is the only server so he needs to be patient. I was shocked and yes, we should have left. But, I will never recommend this place if that is the kind of service they have!

Ordered the 3 meat plate through uber eats so I won't blame them for my food being cold when I got it, however, I can blame them for dry hot links and the ribs were less than stellar. The "toast" that came with it would have served better as croutons and for a side a 1/4 of a cob or corn is disappointing. First and last time eating here.

I've only had one other restaurant in Amarillo leave me with this bad of an impression. I'll never return to this location. My wife and I came in last night 2/25/2022 at 7:35 PM. There were at most five other tables with customers sitting at them. We were quickly seated and given menus. After that it took a few minutes longer than average to get our drinks. The chips and queso we ordered came out a while later and was very disappointing. The queso wasn't even lukewarm. It was nearly cold.Fast-forward to one hour after we were seated and our two sandwiches (Carolina pork and BBQ) were finally put down in front of us. The BBQ sandwich was warm but the Carolina pork was barely warm in the center and cold around the edges. The coleslaw side-dish looked and tasted like it was scraped from the bottom of the barrel, and that's always been my favorite part of the meal at any other Rib Crib I've been to.The server was pleasant enough and even though I thought long and hard about leaving no tip for the first time ever, I decided to be nice. Instead of $5 I would've left $20 on the table had she just checked on us a couple more times and brought us warm food instead of cold.Like I said in the beginning, we won't be back to this location. I'll add a photo of the receipt in case management wants to know who is worth keeping and/or letting go in their restaurant.

Spent 70 bucks, had it delivered and this what I get. My wife's plate had pieces of hair in it. There is not acceptable. Could even eat are meal.
