If I had rated this place about a year or so ago, I would've given it a 3.5 or 4 stars max; but this time, it was just a perfect visit. Jason was our server and he was just totally on the ball the whole. We never had to ask for refills, food and refills just appeared, it was awesome. Like, a magic buffet of tummy love.Great experience, and this visit literally renewed my trust in a corporate chain.
Ordered from "ActiveMenus" for Red Robin. I had a long day; drove for 10 hours, got lost twice, almost out of gas on a Farm to Market Road but made it to the station with 4 miles to go. I finally made it to my hotel in Amarillo, TX. I was so lucky Red Robin was close to where I was staying. I ordered the Southwest Salad with extra dressing (yum and why not?) for pick up. When I got there it was ready to go, I picked up the bag, headed back to the hotel and opened my food in my room, all within 8 minutes! The salad was delicious!! Now the horrible drive is forgotten and I can happily relax. Thanks RR!

I gave them 5 stars as they readily exceeded my average food and service expectations from this national chain restaurant. This is a good RR location. Waitress was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed often. Food came quick and hot and lots of it. Ambiance is the same as all RR locations, so it is ‘corporate adequate’. Having fully enjoyed my flavourful meal I have no problem ranking this RR location as high
Burgers are good like you'd expect here, but for the first time, I ordered a salad instead of fries as my side. I was blown away by the quality of the salad.
We were waited on by Brian the General Manager and the service could not have been better. Fantastic burgers, shakes, and fries too! I absolutely recommend this place to eat if you ever have the chance!
Came in for a good meal on spring break. Not what we received. Only four tables and three waitresses and service was so slow. We sat thirty minutes never received a check back from the waitress for refills of any kind. Even if our food wasn’t how we ordered, we had nobody to tell that too. Our waitress checked on other tables and sat another table but never checked back in with us. Thank goodness you can pay at the table, because I’m not sure who we would have paid otherwise. Have to say this was us giving this place another chance from about 7 months ago visit town, but still doesn’t have good service. Blue Sky will continue to get our money! Check that place out before you spend money here.
The food and service is excellent at this Red Robin location. The restaurant is kept neat and clean. There is a nice sports bar. The prices are a little high on some items, but you will have a pleasant dining experience.
Take Out was Fast and the Food was Hot and Fresh!
This Red Robin location is right off of the highway with easy in and out access. The location is well-kept and clean. Food and drink are up to standard and the staff are friendly. Our visit was on a Sunday afternoon and even though football playoffs were on the TVs, the location was not crowded. Red Robin is a staple chain and this location is a good representation for them.
