Chicken was so overcooked it went beyond crispy and to the point of being crunchy. We ordered a 8 piece with 4 biscuits and a large coleslaw. We are not fans of chicken breast, but they do make a good chicken salad. Usually 8 pieces consists of 2 leg,2 thigh,2 breast and 2 wings. Today we got 4 breast 1 leg and 3 wings. I was OK with one star because the Coleslaw was actually good. There are amazing kitchen gadgets available, I think this place could use a thermometer and or a timer.

Good chicken always. I do like the blackened chicken tenders because they are not battered and a bit better choice. They are a bit expensive for fast food but a lot of things are as well.
They always have extra fresh food every single time no matter what time, and they are the only ones in town that still have that bomb gravy!!!! I drive very far to get there for their service and gravy!!
Drive thru told me about a 9 piece family meal with 2 sides that was the same price as the 8 piece family meal with 1 side. Holla to the drive thru worker, you're the man.
Good was great, but the service, not so much. I went through the drive thru and my food was going to take longer than anticipated, so I was asked to move forward, to wait. Not a big deal. However, that parking lot doesn't have enough room for a car to pull up. After almost getting hit for a third time, I parked in a parking spot. The manager really wanted me to go back to my car, but then he found out that my food was actually ready, and sitting under the lights behind him.

Awesome service ? The drive thru was packed and inside was also busy. I picked up a online order & the staff was working hard. The staff was still eager to get my order ready with a smile. Will definitely drive an extra 10 minutes to this location.
Out of everything. No tenders, no legs, no gravy, some old French fries and a sad little mix of 4 pieces of chicken. It was 9 pm on a Saturday night and they claimed it was because they were closing and not making any more chicken for the night. To me, customer service means you fry up some more chicken and get to mashing if someone wants a 12 piece with some mashed potatoes at 9 pm on a Saturday night. You don’t just rudely state “we’re out” of everything they ask for. You at least make an attempt to make customers happy or at least apologize instead of acting like it’s the customer’s fault for bothering you at your place of business. If, for no other reason, to avoid a bad review like this one. Well it certainly won’t happen again! I’ll be avoiding this Popeyes at whatever cost in the future.
Been getting the chicken sandwich and everything I order it, it's always made to order and fresh and it's just absolutely delicious.
