Staff and manager are rude. Ordered a 12 piece and was shorted 2 pieces. Asked for regular and had spicy mixed in. The chicken i got was half wings and half breast when was suppose to be all four cuts. When i called the employee slammed phone on counter and i could hear her scream at the manager that she had a call. Very horrible customer service all the way around
Forget about dine in at this location!! There hasn't been dine in for at least 10 months now. Last year I was frustrated several times with them being out of brown beans and rice and how small their chicken pieces were. I just got back from 8 months gone so hoping their dining would be open especially since COVID no longer an issue now but dining still closed! I then was going to use the drive up but there was paper taped to the menu that said "cash only"; their charge machine was down. I told myself last summer that I'd never go to this location again and know I'm sure if it!
This is the rudest place I have ever been in my life! Not only do they give u the wrong food, it was cold and it took for to get the wrong thing! It took them two tries to get my order right and they acted like it was my fault! It’s fast food so it’s not that hard! The owner it this Popeyes on paramount in Amarillo texas should be ashamed of themself! Where’s the proud, honor and workmanship these days!
03/20/22: Overall, my experience with Popeyes wasn't bad - the food was decent and the staff was friendly. I would point out that the drive-thru's electronic menu, which is divided into three sections, has more items than it is able to display. As a result, the sections continually change with far too little time for customers to read, AND NO OBVIOUS WAY TO CHANGE IT. The end result is that customers must either use their phones to get the online version of the menu [inconvenient], ask the staff for menu information [time consuming and challenging due to noise levels], or try to read the ever-changing screens [time consuming and aggravating]. Although I would love to rate this facility 5 stars, unless this fundamental issue is corrected, the best I can offer is 4. But the team itself did a great job.VERDICT: DECENT FOOD, BUT CHALLENGING DRIVE-THRU MENU.
My meal was extremely average. The chicken was hot but not fresh. My side of mashed potatoes was warm, not enough gravy though. Freestyle coke only had maybe half of the drinks working. No Ice. Overall it was alright. Didn't leave satisfied.
3 is pretty generous. The service was slow, but they were nice. Got a 5 piece tender with no sides only took the price down 1 dollar. May or may not come back.
They didnt have biscuits for our meal. They said to take them off it would cost more. We otdered for family with four sides. Fries and mac & cheese. They gave us 3 sides of mashed potatos, 3 sides of red beans and rice. Manager was very rude. I will NOT go back. The manager doesnt care because he does not own the franchise. I dont expect them to make this right. They just dont care.
Without a doubt, every single time I go here they mess up my order . Yesterday they left my 3 pies and my bbq sauce out the bag so I tried knocking on the door but the girl just rolled her eyes at me so I had to go back thru the long drive thru line again just to be told they were out of pies, why didn't they mention that ?? I paid for them ?? So aggravating.. one time I asked for a receipt and the girl said " I just work here",, what ???? Exactly ,, like what ?
Long long long wait times. I am a door dash driver and i wasted over 45 minutes in line on one delivery. Time is money wish there was a better way to get service from this location. Unfortunately not first time i have had this same issue at this same location.Don't go unless you have at least an hour to kill waiting in line.
The fountain drinks are terrible taste like the machine havent been cleaned in a long time, and smash potatoes taste terrible just not a good place to eat you can't expect much from a fast food restaurant but at least good service that you are paying for will be nice
