I ordered the new spicy double pepperoni pizza and it was really very good!!! I hope you keep it around!!
I am very disappointed with my food. I ordered a large pizza and wings.The food took an hour to arrive and at that was cold and you could tell the pizza was sitting there a while. Although the wings were cold as well they tasted fine is it fine after they were warmed up. Is. The pizza however tasted weird and wasn't fresh at all. I called to complain and see if I could get my money back, since it tasted horrible and no one is going to eat it. I only asked for my money back on the pizza because the wings were decent. The employee Darby said she would give me a $15 credit to order food again. I appreciate the offer but I advised her I prefer to get the credit back on my card. She argued with me that she cut the pizza herself and said it looked just fine. I told her that The fact that it even took an hour to get here and it being cold is bad enough. I definitely understand sometimes they could have busy times or not have enough drivers and the wait time is long you get an approximate time of delivery and I was willing to wait but I would have expected it to at least be warm! The employee had a bad attitude and made it seem like I was in wrong for my dissatisfaction! Smh
I would normally rate this higher but the store got my order wrong. Was missing part of my order. Store had changed my order to reflect that, which is good. But when I asked the delivery person about the missing item, he seemed apathetic and just replied that the store didn’t charge me for it,
It took 45 minutes to get less then 5 miles from the store to my house. The chicken Alfredo was bad and my kid got food poisoning from it. The food was cold by the time we got it.
This has been the 3rd time I have placed orders online to get told its a 3 hr wait. But when my pizza order has arrived its cold and definitely looks like it's been sitting there. When try to talk to Manger I get hung up on or to inform about cam it be fresh its "yup with attitude " than just keeps getting worse with customer service at this location with phone and delivery ? its like don't care about service just want the money($tip)
It was the best pizza I have ever ordered there. Everything was cooked perfect. It arrived super fast, and the delivery driver is always super nice to my family as well as professional. Thanks so much.
We tried to order delivery through the app and this was the only store it will let u have delivery from. And when i pulled it up it says that delivery is unavailable. Considering that it’s early evening on a Saturday this seems weird to me. So I called the number on the app for this restaurant and it rings for a while and finally a call center rep answers. She says that they are delivering but have it turned off for the app. I ask if the other stores are delivering and she says yes and they are using the app but this one isn’t. I don’t know if the people here are too lazy or maybe don’t know how to take orders from there own app but we ordered it from the call center rep. When it arrived it was not cut all the way through. The toppings looked like they barely put anything on it. This was the last time we ordered from this location. We now either go out of our way to drive to another Pizza Hut that actually takes orders from their own app or just go to dominos or la Bella instead. This place sucks.
This was the first time I had to wait for over an hour to get the food that was ordered online and delivered by Pizza Hut. Please explain.

I went to order online at 1:34 your website missed up so i called to store to get a free pizza from my points. I was told i had do it on line and they was haveing trouble. I got your website to work around 4:00 that day. U lost me as a customer
