Well hurrah! At least Pizza hut will sell food to and deliver to a truck driver! Amazing customer service from Amarillo, Texas.
Called once and was told they do not deliver. Called another Pizza Hut and was told that this one does deliver because it is closer to my house.. Called back phone rang for 5 minutes and got no answer. Finally after a third call was told they stopped deliver for the night.. Will be contacting corporate office on this franchise.
Ensure the order is accurate. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, but got a BBQ chicken delivered to me.
I ordered on-line 20 minutes before I showed up to pick up my order. When I got there, they had no idea about my order. After searching, the lady finally found our order. She ask us to go park while they made our order. i had been on the road 8 hours, that's why I ordered online, so it would be ready. After 15-20 minutes she brought out the wrong order. Maybe a little training might help
Have had several incidents with this particular store. One where they never delivered my ordered because they thought it was a pick up order. Once they realized it was supposed to be deliver the comp the order and refunded my $ which I didn’t ask to do so, I didn’t find out until the driver showed up to my door and told me. This night where it wasn’t letting me order online because they didn’t have the crusts I usually ordered and I tried literally 3 different ones so I called the store talked to the manager and she tells me all they have is thin crust. I place my order 30+ minutes I go and check on what time it will be here and I read an email stating unable to process my order yet I had the manager on the phone while I was doing my order. I call back and she pretty much tells me to take my business to Domino’s. I’ve been in management and I’m sorry no matter what anyone says you don’t send them to a competitor. And I wasn’t been rude. Did I get rude after her comment yes I did. Because that was very unprofessional for her to say this. Definitely won’t be ordering from this store.
I wish they would have gotten my order correct. My crust was wrong... not the end of the world but I paid $2 more for it so it was kind of a bummer...
we have been on a strict diet for over a year. We decided to have a cheat day yesterday and ordered 2 pizzas. They were perfect in every way. We were extremely pleased.
You could make my pizza correctly next time. I ordered and was charged for a meat lovers pizza with 1/2 add jalapenos. The peppers were not added to my pizza.
