Went to Pescaraz tonight for dinner, a wonderful time! The food was amazing, live music was awesome. My husband & I always receive great service from Faith, even though they’ve been short staffed recently they always rock the show. Thank you Pescaraz!
I like to support the local restaurants when I’m in Amarillo. Just ate my last meal at Pescaraz. Slow service. Watched numerous groups jump us in line. They tried to seat us next to the guy playing music and my dad’s hearing aids went crazy. Slow food service. Plenty of staff who don’t seem to do anything. Done
Way overpriced for what we received and horrible experience overall. We waited over an hour to be seated, and when we were seated, the light above us was out so it was very dark at our table. We waited an additional 15 minutes for a server to even greet us. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo which was 13 dollars WITHOUT chicken. My husband ordered the tortellini which showed 14 dollars and the server asked if he wanted chicken or beef as if it came with the meal. It took about 45 minutes to get our food and only half of our table got their food. It took another 10-15 minutes for the other half of the table to get their food. I was given half a chicken breast on my fettuccine Alfredo, which I did not ask for and the food tasted bland and mushy. When we received our ticket, I had to turn on my flashlight to read it and the meals each cost 5 dollars MORE than what was shown on the menu. We reviewed the menu again and did not see anywhere that it showed an additional charge for meat.After talking with the Manager. The manager took off my chicken but refused to remove my husband’s chicken from the receipt. She told us it was listed on the menu for the additional charges for any type of meat, then pointed to a very small section at the bottom middle part of the menu (hidden in between other meal options) that showed additional charges for the SMALL amount of meat you get. It is very hard to find and misleading. Also, my brother paid 17 dollars for a crab and shrimp fettuccine and we come to realize it’s imitation crab. Not even real crab. Very disappointed in the entire experience. They are taking advantage of the customers and being very misleading with the prices on the menu.
I ordered the Salmon Special and it was divine. The food was very hot and they kept the garlic bread coming. Our waitress was very attentive and efficient plus the other waitresses and waiter that were helping out as our crowd was a large one. They kept coming back to make sure we were doing okay and if we needed anything else. Well I'm from out of town and a bigger city and I've never encountered such great & prompt service. Kudos to your business and everyone that makes this establishment such a success.
Very disappointed. Came to Amarillo to visit family, and we all came here for lunch. Two people in our group did not get their food until everyone else was done eating, even though they were the first to order. Kitchen appears to be very disorganized and poorly run. Waitress kept apologizing, but after the fourth or fifth time it started to fall on deaf ears.Manager never came to check or offer explanation why three large pasta dishes and Stromboli could be served AND completely eaten before a kid's slice of pizza and a smaller pasta dish could be prepared.The food was good, just a shame that not everyone in our group could eat at the same time.Host stand and wait staff were not rude, but were not the most pleasant people either. (I have a bit of a personal problem with walking in to a restaurant to have the first thing I see is a bull ring in the Hostess's nose. Unprofessional and unsanitary)
This was my first time here, for my sister's birthday. We came in and the hostess said it would only take a few minutes. It took longer than a few, and we could barely hear when the hostess would call names. We were seated, and immediately given bread sticks. A couple of minutes past, and then we met our server, and have our drink order. We realized how busy the restaurant was, and it was understandable why we saw so little of our server. The food was amazing!! The only sad part was that I originally ordered Stuffed Shells, and unfortunately, they no longer serve them. So I got Chicken Alfredo with Shrimp added. I got a Sweet Tea to drink and it was good. Especially considering I'm VERY picky about my Sweet Tea. All in all, it was delicious and would definitely recommend.
The food was delicious. The atmosphere was great. The service was outstanding. I highly recommend this place if you're wanting Italian food. Check ahead though they are closed in the middle of the afternoon.
I eat at Pescaraz often and alway love ❤️ it, however last night they did a catering event for my campaign and their food was phenomenal!!!! Arrived on time, hot and fresh and so so so tasty! Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Service was great. Very clean. Spaghetti and meat balls were very good. My wife had Chicken Parmigiano. She says it was awesome. Huge portions.Thank you.
Our experience here was pleasant. Our server was super nice and sweet with our kiddos. The atmosphere was lively.We were a party of 5. My husband got the the carbonara with added jalapeños, I had the Chicken Alfredo Fettucine and the kiddos all had Alfredo Fettuccine. We got cheese sticks as an appetizer but could have just done with the bread sticks they bring to the table. The food was good but nothing really stood out for us. Will we return, yes. But are in no rush.
