Came from out of town (3-13-22) and the dining room was closed (again). What is it with Panda Express and no dine-in? Even when (or if) it opens again, I don't think I'll return.
Okay so I love Panda Express but I usually go to the one on Georgia but I was on this side of town on Coulter so the lady taking my order was rushing me and didn’t let me finish my order Because I was ordering “slow” but I was being very polite. Then I told the guy at the window that she was being rude taking my order .. all he said was “I’ll tell her “ he didn’t even apologize about the inconvenience… I’ll just stick to the one on Georgia where I constantly make donations….an on top of everything they’re hours are way off !
One of the two Panda Express locations in Amarillo. Their Drive through was open and the staff was polite, though im disappointed that they also didn’t have the eggplant tofu option.
Annoyed with this place. Ordered the teriyaki chicken. They sent the chicken to me dry with zero sauce. Who does that? Literally all the flavor is in the sauce, so that tells you how the food tasted. The chicken looked questionable as well. I ordered on uber eats and there's no place to request extra sauce or anything either. Waste of money.
I’ve had lots of mixed emotions about Panda Express, but tonight changed everything. I ordered orange chicken and other stuff and then went home to eat it. Come to find out, I bite into a piece of orange chicken, AND ITS COMPLETELY PINK! I’m not sure if it was just because it was a bigger piece, but no chicken should be that uncooked! Very unhappy about this and will NEVER go back.
This is the most unreliable fast food business I’ve ever encountered. I live very close to this restaurant, and I can never get food here even when I want to.Their hours change every week because they pick and choose when they want to be open, with 0 consistency.You can’t rely on any type of schedule for them, even when the website and google say that it is open, do not count on it.
I ordered for pickup but I was coming from New Mexico and my phone registered my pick up time for mountain time instead of central time. The employees here were very understanding and helpful and were able to get my order to me despite being quite early for my pickup time. I would definitely recommend this location!
I will never spend another dime at any location.The location on coulter are always skimpy on the portions. I ordered a plate with chow main, orange chicken, and beef and broccoli… there was literally NO beef in the “beef & broccoli”. And 5 crumb chunks of orange chicken.
I will never come back to this store again. Got the family feast and just wow. One item was missing, one item was wrong, all the containers were half full at best, and after asking for and confirming I got teriyaki sauce there wasn’t any. To top it all off the food was almost cold when I picked it up despite a line backing up into the street because they were busy.
Horrible customer service. I stopped there today for lunch and the manager was super rude. Hours of operation are horrible.. I hope this place goes out of business because they treat people like garbage
