04/27/22 - As a first time customer with Panda Express, I was tentatively optimistic. I shouldn't have been. The food was absolutely oustanding.We ordered the Family special and got the Beijing Beef, Mushroom Chicken, Fried Rice and Sesame Chicken. And while EVERYTHING was delicious, the Sesame Chicken and the Being Beef were absolutely tops! And, the prices were very reasonable, especially in light of the portions. We will definitely be ordering from here again!VERDICT: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Went today at 8:20pm. Panda Express doesn’t close till 9:30pm. When I was about to place my order, the lady (rudely.) said would you like to know what we have left first before you order, our kitchen is closed. They only had 4 options of entrees left and didn’t have enough servings to complete my order even when choosing from the 4.I get maybe closing the kitchen at 9. But not an hour before you close.
Dining room still closed? Covid wil never end for panda ??
A bit disappointing this time. The noodles had too much celery, etc. If i wanted vegetables i would have ordered the vegetables. The drive-thru surprisingly faster than normal. I felt the portions were a bit small. Usually get way more food.
They finally had egg rolls!! The wait was a bit long after ordering. They were busy but drive thru only. Beef & broccoli no that much beef pieces. Fresh food, staff nice but pricey for wait.
Ordered orange chicken and fried rice and they gave me noodles. So I had tried to call them and called them 3 times and they never answered! Horrible service

Dining room STILL not open as of 11-14-21. Time to open back up like most dining establishments in Amarillo.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! There's no curbside/inside pickup, so you have to wait in the long drive thru line anyway and your food gets cold.
Ordered broccoli beef, literally recieved 1 piece of meat and 5 scraps of meat. I bagged it up and plan on taking it back to them so they can see why I am so upset with my food. When I called to tell them of the disappointment of food I received, they only said "okay ill tell them." When I was about to ask what they were going to do to remedy the situation they hang up on me. Seriously very deeply disappointed with the food, and customer service. The food quality has steadily gone down hill. Don't plan on going back anytime soon
